      I ordered lingerie for my wife and they charged me and sent me duplicates of the ******* from every set that I bought. (Around $7 each). When attempting to return them, they want to charge me a restocking fee (around $5). This basically makes returning the items not worth the time and expense since Ill basically only get back about $2 for items I never wanted in the first place. If this isnt extortion, I dont know what is.

      I ordered some things they had on sale on December 2nd for a total of 5 panties for $20. I received a tracking number hours later in the evening, cool fast shipping... or so I thought. Fast forward to the next week and there have been zero updates on the tracking number as in UPS never got the package. I looked up reviews to see if others had similar experiences to which my thoughts were vindicated and read about their membership scam. I checked the membership section and saw that I did have an automatic membership that they never confirmed I had so I made sure to cancel it so I don't randomly get charged in the future. I received a subscription cancellation confirmation, nothing further.
      Then days later on the 13th (which was the latest estimated date I would receive my order), I received an email saying my order return was successfully processed and I'd been refunded for the prices of the items and was charged $9.75. I never canceled the order or received an order cancelation confirmation and there were zero indications on the website that it was canceled or that they would cancel the order if the membership was, even when my order was already paid for and tracking number created. They also immediately charged my card when I made the purchase but when I checked my bank account to see if the partial refund was processed immediately as well, it was not. I only saw the $9.75 charge. So, they didn't refund me any of my money like they claimed and instead charged me an extra $9.75 so I was scammed for $29.75. I only opted for buying from here since they had relations with ******** ****** but clearly that was a mistake.

      Quality is decent, but not the highest quality. It works for me for the sales, but I wouldn't pay the full price of these items as listed. The sizes are never quite the same either. Some styles tend to be too big or too small and returning is a hassle, so I am not always satisfied. I do always receive my order.
