      I love AM....lots of great items in a variety of sizes. Exchanges are easy to do.

      My husband tried to surprise me with some new undergarment sets. Even with my measurements and regular sizes we did not have much luck. Most of the tops are very small and undersized, while others are fine. Twice we have tried to order the surprise bra set, 3 randomly chosen bras in your size, and twice they have sent whatever was at hand. First I received a variety of sizes, and the next time I received more incorrect sizes. We are done, they have taken what was a sweet gesture from my husband and turned it into a hassle to return their mistakes. Do not recommend

      AdoreMe is a fantastic company for lingerie. The clearance and certain sale offers make it affordable and the quality is good for the price point. I've been buying from their online store for a few years. Sometimes their packages are lost in transit, but they've always made it right with either a refund or a store credit to replace the missing items. I do recommend them.

      Very responsive service for returns and exchanges. I did get something I did not order or mismatched sets a couple times but they have always allowed for returns and exchanges, even before receiving the wrong item in return.
