      Love the items I have received. Zero issues with shipping and/or returns and exchanges. Easy to skip a month of their subscription or pause it. Will continue to use.

      Ive ordered and been a member for several years. Generally Ive liked all the sets Ive received and havent had a single issue with returns or orders coming on time. The perks that Ive received have been great, BOGO, buy 5 get the 6th one free, and sale items are amazing.

      Love the bras; some material can be very delicate, and a few of the lacier bras Ive bought have ripped or became holey, however, they are beautiful, and I keep going back for more, so never have had a problem with my subscription, and the few times Ive had to deal with customer service, theyve been pretty great. Ill keep going back for more.

      Shipping over the past year has been terrible. I had one order take over a month to reply. They also have fewer deals of value or the ones they have are on items nobody wants. It also seems that fewer and fewer items are able to be returned or exchanged if they do not fit. I really enjoyed this company for the first 2 years or so I used them but the last year or so things have gone down hill as far as customer service, deals, and shipping time goes. Quality and designs are still solid overall.
