      Beautiful bra and *******. Exchange was extremely simple. Had to Exchange the bra twice to get the correct cup size. No questions asked. They sent out the new one as soon as a made my return label. Will definitely purchase from there again.

      Got my order half wrong the bras that were missing were replaced by items i didnt even order and not even my size. Will not order from this brand again id rather take my my chances some were else Honestly i think the company had some one at the wear house switching items

      I was a loyal customer until recently when I actually had an issue. They are great at taking your money but if there is an issue they don't like to refund it. I contacted customer service was told once the package was in the mail I would receive an email to update my information, never received it. I called back to be told by another customer service rep that there was nothing to be done I would have to wait however long for the box to get back then them to process it. I had in the family my last thoughts were on lingerie. Now I'm being penalized by the company and having over $300 held till they decide to release it. I received an email 2 days ago asking for my information haven't heard back yet. Great job on helping your customers **********************! Never again and should you all know how timely they take care of their customers.

      I used to love this company and buy from them regularly. I moved out of the country for a few years and came back just recently; the quality of items and the business' customer service have completely disappeared, and the quality control is non-existent; items that were the same size and style didn't fit the same, had multiple sewing defects, and we're falling apart after the 2nd wash. And all the items that I bought were ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. I've cancelled my membership and would no longer recommend this company.

      It can be difficult to find styles Im interested in that are in stock. The past 3 orders Ive made were delayed in the shipping process and arrived much later than anticipated. That being said, the value of the product for the price (especially with promotions) is great and being able to skip a month keeps me coming back.

      We bring back many popular styles & drop a brand-new collection on the first of every month. (Tip: Add an event on your calendar so you can be the first to shop them first!) In the meantime, well pass your feedback to the team.
