      I used to be able to go on the site with ease, but lately you click on sale or a specific category and nothing works. I have tried the last month because I was looking for something. So instead I bought elsewhere. Also, I have had 2 bras lately that are my normal size and they both fit different. The cup is way too big or the band is a little small. Being that they are my normal I took the tag off and washed. So I could not send back. I know now to try before I wash.

      3 times I've asked for assistance changing my payment method and still they've taken payment from the undesirable account.

      I have never had a problem returning items. I have always used their labels attached to the packaging my items arrive in. I usually wait less than 7 days to get my items exchanged. I have had some items refunded as well and I have not run into any problems. Maybe because I am an Elite member, this makes a difference? Some of the sizing is inconsistent but again, I have never had issues with returns.

      Surprised at the negative comments on some of the reviews - I LOVE LOVE LOVE their lingerie. Returns? No problem; in fact, when I had a set that didn't fit right, they credited me back and told me to just keep it. The issue with $39.99 a month? You get the option to SKIP A MONTH and not be charged if you do it before the 1st. You can even PAUSE your membership or cancel it all together. I'm not sure what people are finding so difficult - it's very clear. Quality is great, selection and style is wonderful, and yes, at times the cup sizing is inconsistent, but I'm learning it has more to do with the style. Never had a problem with ******* not fitting according to size or the band size on the bra. Prices are very competitive, and considering after purchasing a certain number of sets you get credit for the month's membership fee, it's certainly worth it.
