      I had a terrible experience with AdoreMe due to their deceptive VIP membership scheme. When I made a one-time purchase, I had no idea I was automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription that charges $39.95 unless I "skip" each month. There was no clear disclosure during checkout, and I only realized I was being charged after noticing multiple unauthorized transactions on my account.When I reached out to customer service, they were completely unhelpful even though I never used the so-called "VIP credits." Its outrageous that a company relies on tricking customers into subscriptions rather than offering a transparent and honest shopping *************** yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere! This feels like a scam, and based on other complaints, Im far from the only one deceived by their shady tactics. Buyer beware!

      Placed on order. Items arrived, decent quality for price. Was subsequently charged two separate months for a membership that doesn't even show on my account and gave me no option to cancel. Had to struggle with a dispute through my credit card company as I did have one purchase with them but cancellation wasn't an option.

      I ordered on February 2nd 2025 and they say normally ships in 1-2 business days. Its now march 6th and it is still processing. And they have been less than helpful, but they have no problem sending 1-2 emails a day promoting more sales. Taking on more orders and no one is getting anything.

      I've been ordering for about a year and didn't encounter a problem until this month. I ordered two bathing suits (each was a 2 piece) and one was fine. The other- they sent two tops, no bottom. These were ordered for a vacation, so I immediately called. After 30 minutes on the phone, I was assured that I could return one top and then the bottoms would be sent. The link didn't work to return it. Took another path- emailed with a 1-2 day response time. No response. Three days later, I emailed again. A day later- finally a response. And, now, the only way I can get my bottoms was to send both tops back, then they would send a replacement. By this point, we are leaving for vacation and it can't be replaced in time. And, if I want to send them back as a return, I get whacked with a restocking fee. I'm done.

      Stay away from this business. My wife placed a order on Feb. 1, it got canceled. We reordered the same merchandise on Feb. 15, been 17 days and it still hasn't shipped. **************** doesn't care, and apparently no supervisors work there.

      Placed my order three weeks ago. Cannot get order canceled or my monies refunded. they keep telling me they on back order. and the computer won't allow them to cancel and refund me. The 800 number was a 30 minute wait to speak to a live agent

      If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would.Ordered WEEKS ago and its still processing. Ordered well in advance for V-Day and the site says ships in 1-2 days thats a LIE.Contacted customer service 3 times they say they respond in ***** hours it took 6 days for them to send a generic email saying good news most orders shipped!but if yours didnt it will soon. Still nothing. No order no email back. If I ever get this order I will never order again. But my advice is just dont even order from this ************* Worst customer service ever.

      Less stars if possible. This company is a scam. I made an order and was ensure it would arrive in 2-3 days. It has been close to a month now and still no item. They have a policy that will not allow them to refund the item I have not received after multiple emails between them and I due to no item. They do not deserve an A rating.

      This company sucks!!!! They scam you and take your money by signing you up for a VIP membership without your consent. They charge you $40 a month without you even knowing and when you try to email or call them to get refunds on all the months they charged they don't answer. Never buy from them.

      I would give this zero stars if I could. I will scream this from the tallest building DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Youll pay priority shipping, then it wont ship for 2 whole weeks. Then when it finally does its lost. you then have to wait 14 days after adore me sends to to a completely different warehouse for them to make it official its lost for them to do anything about it. I ordered my item the end of January and its almost the end of February with ZERO update on my item. The worst customer service, the worst shipping. DO NOT DO IT!
