      Not the same company it was when I became a VIP member several years ago. Shipping takes a while now. I also do t feel the quality is the same.

      First of all I have washed my bras one time and both of them are falling apart. How do you guys fix this situation? I paid **** near 250$ for this to just fall apart and I dont put my bras in the dryer either

      Shipping is terrible. Paid for express, item was received 10 days after delivery date. All elite box's are 14 to 16 days late from shipping date. No refunds. Last elite box returned warehouse is saying items were missing I returned and refuse to refund changes says it's my fault they was lost in the mail. Had to dispute changes with my credit card company. Terrible customer service.

      Did not receive my box in a timely manner. Box came in on vacation & then was charged $324 due to not returning in timely manner. Despite adore me sending me an email stating they were sorry my box was taking longer than. expected. This is the second time i have had an issue with adore me. The last time my shipping showed it was at their warehouse when I sent it back & it took Numerous emails to get it resolved. I decided to give them a second chance because I liked the clothes. But never again. I feel like they scam their customers on purpose. I order from Other online sites with no issues (hello fresh & stitchfix). Stay away from this company.

      I have received one box and been charged for the "service" for 3 months.Customer service took care of refunding the month of February, but since it's a "subscription" service apparently even without receiving a box you get charged $20.00 a month.I am unhappy.I do not recommend this company.

      The offer said BOGO free. Those words are literally advertised across the screen of the very outfit I brought. Now you tell me the outfit doesnt qualify for this offer. The only reason I brought it in the first place. Ive been a member for will over ten hears but I will never order from them again. Id whether go to ******** secret. So disappointed

      I have been an "elite" member for two years with Adore Me. On 2 occasions now I have been charged close to $300 for "missing items" after I had returned them. I was told the wharehouse didn't report the items returned within a certain time frame and the items were marked missing. Upon talking to customer services, the items were in fact there. The customer gets charged for the warehouse mistake and I have to now wait 3-5 days for my money back in which I should've never been charged. Not to mention customer service laughed at me on the phone when I tried to explain why I was upset with the company.

      Though I've ordered from Adore Me online (and it's been lovely) I much prefer to go to the brick-and-mortar store in ***********, **. The staff there are so helpful and kind! Every experience there has been positive and reaffirmed my decision to ditch other big brand lingerie companies.
