      The stuff I bought was good, shipping is horrible though. If you don't care when you get your stuff it doesn't really matter, but if you want something for a specific day/trip, order WELL in advance. Everything I have ordered came a few days late, and the most I got was "sorry for the delay, it'll be there soon!" I do wish they'd bring some of the out of stock items back, but it seems like once it's gone, that's it. Some of the bras I've bought seemed a bit too tight for the size advertised, but a couple days of wear and they stretch. Decent prices, cute stuff overall, nice variety in general, especially when you have one of those not-commonly-carried-by-stores sizes.

      I love Adore Me products, but I find that I have spent over $1K on products, but Im not getting much from my VIP membership. Im getting more sales & discounts from VS. Its unfortunate, because I really like the products, but its more costly than I care for, or maybe its just me.

      Great experience until you wish to cancel. I received their cancellation confirmation in early March. It's *** and they keep sending items. Dear Adore Me I have all the underwear Indeed. Stop it!!

      My wife loves most of the items. We signed up for the Elite Box subscription service, where the send you outfits to try and return the items you don't want. The issue is that on multiple times we were charged after returning the items. They claim that the items were returned unsanitary. We returned the items exactly how we received them. Their customer service is totally unhelpful.

      Shipping took FOREVER and the 2 boxes that I've had shipped arrived at least 2 weeks after they said they would. The items were mostly not at all what I would have chosen for myself. The most recent box I received came with the seal broken and opened, which just creeped me out a little, like someone from shipping opened the items. I don't think i'll be ordering another box from here.

      I was excited to get my monthly box from Adore Me. The first one had a bra that actually fit! Unfortunately, the rest of the boxes had nothing that fit or looked good on me. I couldn't give the feedback I wanted to explain what I liked/didn't like about the items in the box so that my next box would be more to my liking. The items are also expensive. Sorry, Adore Me. I found a store that has lingerie that I like that fits, so I'll be buying my undergarments there.

      Absolutely horrible!!! Charged for items that had been returned, charged for a month that a box never arrived, got sent items I never wanted in my box.

      To express our apologies we hve issued a refund for the $20 Resolution charge from December and the latest two styling fee charges each for $20 due to the shipping issue and the unsatisfying styling service.

      Very displeased! I placed an order for two items. I received one, the other showed back ordered. I called after a month to check the status and was advised, that they didnt have the item and I could have a refund or a credit. When I asked why I wasn't notified, I was told they don't do that. If a customer calls then they issue a refund or a credit. So basically, they are hoping you will forget they owe you product and keep your money. Horrible customer service. I have have had an account for a long time with mediocre service, but this is the last straw for me. I am closing my account.

      I think I was credited too much for returned items, but then without any communication several weeks later there is an unexplained charge. I really think there should have been some communication if my understanding of this situation is correct. If not, then I have no knowledge of this recent charge.
