      I am new to AdoreMe so cannot comment on any products because I have yet to receive my order. It shipped on 2/8/23 its now 2/21/23. My tracking hasnt altered since 2/14/23. When I reached out they responded in 2 days but without concern. Its basically out of their hands attitude. There isnt an option to choose better shipping but definitely should have this choice. No one wants it taking this long. They will be lucky if I choose to order again. Really disappointing. I would recommend looking for a different company.

      Good company. I sometimes find some pieces to need that "break in" period of time to see what the true fit actually is, and by that time, of course it's too late to return the items. Overall, I love the selection, style, size choices, colors, etc. The prices are absolutely much more appealing than what I am used to seeing for full-figured sizes as well.

      Ordered 3 sets costing a little over $175 as a birthday gift in January. The package was lost in transit. Understandable mail gets lost no problem. I sent them an email. The first email stated Id have to wait until 2/2. Ok fine. I waited and emailed them on 2/2. It took them until 2/7 to respond to my follow up. They were nice enough to make it right with 4 promo codes. I attempted to make a purchase using the promo code and it didnt work. I tried the other 3 and received invalid code. I messaged them on 2/13 and still have not heard back from them. I just want my money back at this point.

      I never write reviews but had to. I review companies before I do business with them so I was surprised when this happened. I made 2 large orders and they only refunded a fraction of what 1) they owed me $200. 2) told me it would be deposited within the month to my credit card 3) I had to wait 2 months for my refund when they stated it would be a month 4) only refunded 100 of the 200 they agreed by email to refund me. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

      Poor online security. Don't require the 3 digit cvv code when checking out, and as a result, someone who stole my phone was able to charge over $1,000 to my credit card

      I have been receiving the subscription box for almost a year. Last month they said the never received the box and charged me $265. I called the same day rhe charge showed up and they said they did receive the box. This was feb 3 and I would have my refund in 3-5 business days. Called back feb 10th still no refund. They said it was processed and it would be 3-5 business days. Asked to speak to a supervisor they said one would contact me in 1-2 days and never did. Called back feb 16th still no refund. They tell me my refund was processed on feb 14 and it would be 3-5 business days. I again asked to speak to a supervisor. They refused to transfer me and hung up. We are now 13days our from my original call and no refund. Dont buy from them they are shady and wont ever help if theres a problem.

      Love the products! Hate the support! I had the subscription option and received a box a month. You choose what you want and return the rest. Two times I was charged for not returning a box that I had returned and once I was charged for missing items from a box that I had returned. **************** denied my claim initially and eventually gave me credit for the items, but I had to work to get the charges reversed, and each time was told this was a "one-time courtesy". I eventually canceled my subscription because it is not worth the stress of being charged $200 / month for items I have returned to the company. They need to find a better way of tracking return boxes; I would hate to think they are charging customers fraudulently.

      I was supposed to receive an elite box on January 30, 2023 yet the receive the box and no shipping update since January 30, 2023 here it is February 6, 2023 when I call adore me customer service they are rude and hang up very poor customer service and false advertisement will never use this site again and advice others against using it as well.
