      Adore Me has always been very responsive and helpful in solving any issues with my order, from fixing errors to problems with delivery (which rarely happen). I love the variety and materials of their items, although once in a while I get an item (usually a brassiere) that seems hastily stitched or shows seams through my shirt, which I am not a fan of.I wish there was a way to provide more feedback on items I don't keep from the Elite box, such as "this bra is beautiful, but the tailoring needs some adjustments". I get $20 off the item if I keep what comes in the box, but if it doesn't fit quite right, or is stitched wrong in a spot, there is no way to get the same item for the reduced price once you've returned it in the box. If I keep it and try for an exchange, I'm afraid the item will be out of stock in the color or shape I need. Also, sending me the exact same item I've kept from the Elite boxes before is not necessary; if I need a replacement that soon, it wasn't worth the money in the first place.Overall, I've been relatively happy with this service and will continue to purchase their items, and love the Elite box service.

      I ordered 6 sets. I wanted to RETURN, not exchange, all of them. After completing one return on-ine, it said that I had reached my maximum returns.The next day it let me return 1 more set. After several phone calls I was told that they were elevating the issue. I finally received an email. I sent screen shots of what their website was showing. I was told that you are only allowed 25 total returns/exchanges for life. WHAT??? No where does their website state this. Weeks would go by without an email response, even though I was assured that Adore Me wanted to help me. I received emails telling me that my return was accepted, that I was charged the $5.95 return fee, but no credit would be issued for the returned item. I had to make several phone calls to get my money back. But this still left me with 4 sets to return. I sent an email asking them to just send me a return label since I was unable to get on online through their web site. After another couple of weeks they did send a return label and my money has been refunded. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

      Horrible customer service. The man was unhelpful and rude. Now Im out $20 (Im a college student so thats a lot for me) and I have to ship the box back and pay a fee.

      I've been a member on and off for 8 years. I have been very happy with the product I've received, and it's always been on a timely basis.My only complaint is that they don't count every bra towards your sixth free bra. It's near impossible to get that free bra.

      I was beyond excited to try adore me. I first discovered them about 2-3 years ago, but I was pregnant.. then 6m postpartum became pregnant again. So, now one year postpartum with my second.,, I was SOO excited to get some cute lingerie and become a loyal customer! was beyond excited to try **********************. First of all, NOTHING in my box was personalized ,l like they advertise and make you take those style tests,.I received the exact OPPOSITE of what I was asking for!!! and did not get ONE piece of LINGERIE in my first box, which was the only thing that I actually wanted!!!! Then, I sent back the low quality ugly pjs that look like they came straight out of my grandmothers top drawer, and cheap bras, and they sent me an email saying that half of the items were missing and they will be charging me $90. Funny though, I kept ONE item and paid for it!!! because I didnt wanna lose my $20 styling fee. Something that I didnt even want.., but I didnt want to lose $20. Well, they said that they would give me a one time courtesy credit of that amount, which is ridiculous, because I absolutely sent every piece of clothing that they sent me because not one fiber of my being wanted anything that came to my door!!! I am so disappointed honestly because I had such high hopes for this company. It really makes me want to start my own subscription box of lingerie/ clothing line just to show them how to actually run a company like this. Should be ashamed!!! andTHAT is how you lose loyal customers.

      At one point I was a happy customer. Their old model was similar to ****** *** in that they sent you several items per month, you kept what you liked and returned what you didn't and the monthly fee was applied to whatever you purchased. Then it all changed. It is unclear what the monthly membership gets you AND when I did order several items at the beginning of December with a promise of pre-Christmas arrival I did not receive my items until well into the new year. Emails and phone calls went un-responded-to and promotional deals/codes failed to work. I will never order from Adore Me again. I wound give zero stars if I could.

      The quality is great. The customer service is lacking. When it’s time for them to honor their end of the agreement with purchase, there is no accountability on their side. If it’s delayed, you receive an email saying “sorry, it’s delayed.” There’s no fix, no desire to make it right. The final straw for me was that I had to return a set three times because the garment I was sent is not what was pictured. The first two times, the ladies agreed that I had gotten the wrong set. The third I was basically told “sorry that you’re frustrated, but even though that’s the set that’s online, that’s not what we have here and you have to pay extra for that garter, even though it’s listed in the description of the item and pictured in the set.” Not being able to get the right product on time is a reason to switch. Not feeling like they value me… I’ll go back to **********.

      I debated on writing this, but I think its best for people looking to work for Adore Mes retail stores. I have known of adore me for years. I was obsessed with the companys mission statement and their body positivity as well. I had interviewed for a position as an area manager, but originally turned it down, as they were trying to pay me significantly less than most managers who would be traveling between two stores and even two states really. I maintained connections with the district manager, ******************************* as she seemed like a nice woman and seemed very charismatic. Over time, before I even really accepted a position, I had heard from people who left the company (over 5 of them to be exact,) that she is actually nasty to the people who work there and even the manager at the store I worked for before going to adore me, mentioned she turned down the same position for the same reason and knew that ***** was notoriously known for running through AMs. Later on, I went back and accepted a position as a senior store manager. Many of the necessary operations processes, management training, or even opportunities for store managers to take proper corrective action on associates who create havoc in store, were lacking significantly. They gaslit me by saying I was negative after a non-native English speaker read an email that highlighted my teams strengths. ******* was upset prior to this as I told them about inventory being stolen before it hit the store but she always disliked people highlighting inventory concerns, but I also mentioned I didnt want it to be a problem in the future when the store needed proper replen. None of the stores record shrink internal or external ever.Then when I got sick twice from them not giving people time to recover or even me to go to the emergency room, I was fired after sending a doctors note. They write people up and fire people two days later. ***** has fired almost every AM/OM. Girls in store afraid to complain of health for fear
