      This company has been nothing but an absolutely pain in my a$$. I received my first box, then attempted to cancel my subscription. I was sent another box after cancelling and then charged for missing items - I Never even opened the box. I called and cancelled my account AGAIN, only to receive a charge for an entire box that I could not have sent back because it was never sent to me (because I thought I cancelled my account). Apparently, I only cancelled my subscription, not the entire account - so they have now randomly charged me over $300 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!I am currently fighting to get my money back...again.Do NOT shop with this company - If could have chosen ZERO stars, I would have.

      This company is a scam. It uses shipping to take advantage of its customers. I didn't receive my December box. They wouldn't do anything about it because their tracking said its still in transit. I canceled my membership but they still sent my January box and my December box miraculously showed up on the same day. They immediately charged me in full for the December box stating that I never returned it. How could I return something I just received that day ? I called and complained. **************** said return the box and I will get my refund. I immediately returned both boxes and got charged today in full for ********* box. A box I only had for 2 days. I called again. They didn't believe I returned the boxes . Luckily for me, I asked for receipts from the post office because I felt Adore Me was trying to scam me. I had to email them the receipts before refunding my money. Without them. I would not habe been refunded as customer service claimed they could not locate the tracking number I provided . They tried to scam the wrong person. I always get proof.

      I ordered a few Items back on November 29th. Estimated arrival date was December 5th-7th. Never had trouble with getting my packages on time from them. I did not receive my package until Dec. 16th, with no help from customer support after 5 phone calls, only twove did they actually pick up the phone. And 7 emails to which I necer got a reply. After finally reviewing my Bras I opened one to find it ripped in the middle and another aas an awful fabric. I called customer service 2 more times finally talked to someone and started the return process. It took 2 weeks to get the replacement bras which were supposed to be free and I received an email January 26th stating I had been charged $30 because the bras I sent back for the return were not in the package. Which is completely false and I am ******. So now I'm probably going to have to wait over a week to actually get a reply and they probably won't be helpful. Very done with ADORE ME. Would give zero stars if it was a option.

      Been waiting for my wofes Christmas gift for 2 months - they refuse to look into an order for ************************************************************** with the wrong size and after 3 weeks it too is missing and nobody willing to help. I am in ****** so the order converts to CAD when refunded i lost 30 dollars and they took another payment from my account for their replacement vs. simply re-processing in their system as they said they would and have not fixed that either - they are a complete joke

      Do not buy or you'll be ripped off and sorry you bought anything here!I keep getting billed for the same thing. I fought this and won through discover. NOVEMBER 6th and 7th they refunded me my money on item returned. Here it is in January and they're trying to bill me again! They claim all over again that they did not receive an item when i havr an item number. This is the worst company ever!. Months later after it was resolved they try to take the money back again? They are cheats, liars, scam artists.

      Never received requested items. Cancelled my subscription through the app and then followed up with email. 18 days later I received a response meanwhile was charged for another box at $289.00 that I refused. Horrible sleazy company.

      They automatically signed me up for a monthly VIP membership upon ordering an item. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR ANYTHING. Now Im being billed monthly $40 bucks. I had to discover this from finding an unknown charge on my bank account. Never doing business with them again!!

      The sets are really cute and so far, they have all fit true to size. Some fabrics are a little scratchy, while others are super-comfy. My first order took a very long time to arrive, which was disappointing, but the second order was much better. I would definitely order again.

      What an unethical company. Absolute scammers. My daughter was an 8th grader who innocently purchased a swimsuit from them online, and did not realize she had been AUTOMATICALLY signed up for recurring charges. I did not realize it either for quite awhile. The swimsuit was cute, the scamminess not so cute.
