  Products were decent but this company does a bunch of sneaky marketing tactics that rips off the customer. When you place an order they sign you up for the *** membership which automatically bills you roughly $40 a month to use as a store credit. The process to get refunded is painful as they use bot driven customer service instead of actual people. Poor business tactics like this aimed at taking advantage of the consumers need to be punished. Look elsewhere.

  This company is predatory. I bought one item from them and somehow was signed up for their VIP membership program just from making that purchase. They say it was an opt in box in checkout; if that is so the terms were not clear because I never, never would have agreed to this. The charge is $40 per month, automatically charged to my credit card, which I did NOT give the company permission to hold on file. So sketchy. They claim to have refunded the charge. Would give zeros stars if I could.

  Item was not as described or as showing in pictures. The sizing is way off. They will not allow me to return even though it was a Christmas gift. Will not order from them again.

  I made an order on December 31, and within 20 minutes, I emailed them to cancel my order. The reason it took so long is that I was trying to find the option to cancel before emailing. Well, as I thought, **** told me to wait 2-3 days before I get an answer. Well, obviously within the 2-3 (I heard back from them January 2) my order has been sent, so they are telling me they can't refund my money because THEY made me wait until AFTER the sent my order so that they could force me to accept a package I don't want! This is horrible customer service and I don't care what other people say. They are rude and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend that any of my friends purchase anything from this company.

  This review is not for a particular item. I very much enjoy my selections from Adore Me but my last 3 orders have had extraordinarily long shipping times. I sometimes order for a trip or event. My last box took almost 30 days to arrive so I didnt have it for my trip. I was given a discount coupon for my next purchase. I have been a subscriber for 3.5 years or more. I order 2-3x/year. If you are ordering for a gift or event be sure to have a backup plan.

  Ive only ordered one piece but I love it so far! Easy to use and I appreciate the reminder to skip or shop so Im not charged if I dont want something that month.
