      The products I like, but the company itself is horrendous. **************** is rude and can't be bothered. Items never arrive in the promised time frame, you have to contact multiple times to get a response, and if they don't honor eligible items during a promotion they say it's not their fault and you should pay attention next time. Their social media is full of customer complaints about items never arriving, being charged after canceling a subscription, etc. Absolutely shady company.

      Their promised shipping dates are deceptive, I placed an order to be delivered between the 13th and 15th of December and my order hadn't moved by the 16th. I tried to contact support and cancel my order and received no communication. My order is now projected to arrive on the 23rd. I would not have purchased through them had I known the delivery window was erroneous.

      This company is a rip off. I have returned product and they take money from my account making it to go negative with no remorse! They charge me for stuff they show received back in there system. And all i get a im sorry system error we will issue credit 1 to 3 business days. In mean time my account is negative and my bills i have set up to pay are returned because you took my money! So i get hit with overdraft fees as well as return check fees. And no offer from you to take of those charges that you have made happen by fraudulently taking my money! I ask to speak to a supervisor im told there is not one but that they will send a email to have one email me back and never get a response! Ive asked for my account to be closed and in your system it shows closed but yet you charge my account! This company does nothing but take peoples money!

      Very similar stories to ones on here. I got charged for unreturned boxes despite having returned them. Since they create the return label I did not keep up with the tracking and apparently neither do they. After speaking with a rep they said that they checked the tracking and so I was refunded. I was also charged multiple damage fees on items that were in no way damaged. It seemed to happen most often when I only kept one item. I got the same items multiple times in my Elite boxes so the stylist wasn't paying much attention. I finally canceled the subscription after the last issue I had with my returns. Then I was looking at my bank account and saw a $200+ charge from Adore Me. I checked my email and they said that they did not receive a box from August! You only get a month to return so why did this not come up in September or even October? It is December! I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service but I will let them know that I read reviews and saw them pull the same scam on other people who have canceled their subscriptions. Do NOT set up an subscriptions with this company. And even if you just buy select items, be very careful about trying them on. They will try to get any money out of you someway.

      The quality of their products are fine, but their automatic enrollment model for VIP membership is deceptive. The company should not be profiting from oversight on the customers part. It feels dishonest.

      Shady company! Do not give them your credit card information! They have charged my card for two fees upon a return I sent back. I STILL have not received a refund for the item I sent back AND they charged my card for a $20 fee because the item was dirty (I had only tried it on once) AND they charged me a $6 restocking fee. So they hav me charged me twice but have not issued a refund or responded to my emails.

      I purchased an electronic gift card for $100 Nov 24th and did not receive the email with the code. I was receiving email promotions so I was at least getting their emails. I waited a few days and then contact support which they indicated they were looking into the issue.After a couple more days I called back and asked for escalation on the matter which I was told there was no pathway to do that. I was also told to wait for the escalation team to review. In the meantime they asked for an alt email address which I provided. They indicated they they would send the gift card to this address instead...which never happened. At that point my anniversary (which this was a present for) was here and still nothing to show after a week of 'troubleshooting'. I was upset as this shouldn't be that difficult of a situation to remedy and was more than patient with the team. I've been forced to file a dispute with the CC company to get my money back as the team from AdoreMe has gone silent.

      On May 3 2022, I returned items that did not have the support I was looking for, expecting to pay a restocking fee. I contacted on May 20th and was told it would take up to 30 days for a refund, because they needed to inspect the items. I contacted them again on June 14th, and was sent a refund by an agent. It was not a full refund, as I was still charged for the shipping and restocking fee. On June 27th (more than 50 days later) I recieved an email that the items were returned damaged/dirty and I would only recieved 35% refund. (but i already had my This was a completely false accusation, as I only tried on the items over my own clean clothing to determine it didn't fit me right. If I hadn't called about the refund several times, I do believe they would have attempted to keep 65% of the money I spent on items returned in perfect condition. I was also glad I had taken pictures of the items in the box before returning, but didn't end up needing to use them. I would warn EVERYBODY to never purchase from this site, unless you just want to throw your money away.

      Adore Me is a horrible company. They keep charging me every month when I've told them to cancel my account....Big Zinger...they can't find my F'ING account...but have no problem charging me. I have the longest email thread and they are horrible. I would never recommend giving my money to this ***** company you can't leave.
