      Gave me the wrong refund amount and wont return my emails. Charged me twice for a restocking fee even though I was promised free returns

      Poor communications and updates on shipping had me ready to fule a complaint here. Making purchases is easy. Flimsy quality of the materials feels on par with ******* ** or other fast fashion brands, which is what I was trying to avoid. Price point is also unjustifiable. Will no longer be using and will adamantly advice against using this service to friends looking for quality materials.

      Worst shipping experience I have ever had. Should have received my package before Thanksgiving and I didn't get it until December. I doubt I will ever buy anything from adore Me.

      Have been using the subscription elite box for ~1yr. It started out well, but their QC is poor, charged me for things I didnt receive or things they said they didnt receive back in the mail. I wont be doing the elite service again until they can get that figured out. Nothing worse than getting charge for something you didnt even get to keep.

      I have been charged for fully returned items multiple times after having received confirmation of their receipt. Each box in this subscription level is about $300 but they have no problem charging it fully without warning. Products are low quality and the stylists don't pay attention to what type of items you are looking for, sizing, etc..

      They never shipped my item. Kept telling me there were processing delays. After waiting two weeks past expedited ship date, they told me for sure it would ship within the next business day. It did not. I called again and they told me they had no answer for me. Can you believe that? I cancelled my order. Will NEVER order from this joke of a company again.
