      I ordered items for my wife and paid to have them express shipped with a 2 days shipping. Im on day 7 and still nothing. **************** told me that the items have shipped **** ground and its out of their hands but tracking shows the items havent left the Adore Me facility. When I explained the tracking is showing its still in their facility I was told yes it is and it will ship soon. Now I have to wait another 10 days before I can get a refund if I dont receive the items. Oh and the refund will take 5 days to post. DONT waste your time with this company. This is the second time dealing with them after years of hoping they get things straightened out but its a very poorly ran company.

      I love the different styles and enjoy looking for the sets that make me look "Adorable" when I put them on. Your shipping practices have given me no issues to speak of. Keep the new items coming.

      In my last package, ******* were supposed to come with a ***** I bought, but they were missing. The process of trying to get ahold of customer support for help is stupidly difficult -- we shouldn't have to call a number that rarely answers -- we should be able to handle this kind of thing in the app. I'm also just disappointed with the "deals" through VIP. I'm realizing they aren't that great. The quality of the items is good, and luckily the sizing for bras work for me. If you happen to buy clothes, the sizing is super weird (don't buy bodysuits from them!) -- the return process is horrendous.

      $31+ dollars is over expensive for 1 pair of *******. I love these kind and thought I was getting three pairs. The worst part is they did go on sale the very next day and do you think as a curtesy they would give me the sale? Nope. I don't think the quality is horrible, but for this price they could be a lot better.

      They keep refusing to refund me my money back. They even said they would twice now and both times it either didn't happen or they sent a small fraction of what I am owed. It's basic math. Or even more simple than math, just GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

      Adore Me is a *********** ******** I have never had a bad experience. I believe they contracted with a new shipping company that reported they delivered a package, but didn't. I contacted Adore Me and they replaced everything. Very satisfied with the service.
