      Not sure why I am always charged for missing items that are in the box It appears staff does not check packages when they are returned twice I have placed ******* in with bras and I continue to be charged Guess I have to replace the packaging just as they send it Pretty sad with some of the items that are overpriced

      I ordered from yall 2 years ago and was impressed. This time, I was very disappointed. All of the bras had squished cups because yall shipped them in a bag. A bag! You cant ship good structured bras in a bag. They get damaged that way. Also, the quality of the material felt cheap despite the cost. I dont think Ill ever order from yall again. I wont recommend this company either. Even though I used to.

      I thought the product was amazing but what Dissatisfied me as when I kept one item and return the rest and they said that one of the items was missing or damaged so they charged my card for $39 more but youre not gonna send me my product back! The customer service number doesnt even work you cant even get a hold of Representative it says a message and hangs up on you. I will not be ordering from them a again. Poor customer service for a company.

      The products were quality and definitely styled for me. I would have liked to have kept all items in box but my budget would not allow. However, upon returning the unwanted items I was charged back for what they called incomplete items. I know for a fact all items were packed in box but have no way of refuting their charge. Therefore, I will no longer be getting a box from them

      Quality of product is good overall. They seem to have some distribution issues. Delivery is usually delayed and returns take months to process. Otherwise pretty satisfied.

      For some reason I automatically got enrolled in a VIP membership. That wasn't my decision. The sizes 75 percent of the orders I have received do not fit. The shipping, returns and efunds are a very lengthy and tedious process. The prices are not comparable to the quality of product. ****** priced, along with no quality customer service. I can pay these prices else with better customer service, products and less tedious returns.

      The fabric quality of the product is terrible! I spent $50 on really thin sweatpants with no pockets that will probably fall apart within 6 months. Ive made a few purchases ********** have held up, the quality is just so poor (although the items arent inexpensive!). This is the last straw for me, I will not be purchasing anything more from Adore Me.

      Adore Me is a subscription program that offers cute lounge & intimate wear, but lately the colors are too depressing $ the price is getting too expensive.
