      Somehow, I knew I wouldnt be alone hereI received one box from Adore Me and one of the sets didnt fit. I returned it and 40 days later I receive a $25 charge for items not returned. I attempt to do my research and shockingly, the return label with the tracking number cant be found via the email or Adore Me website. The quality of the sets I chose are less than satisfactoryI took a chance and now I know. However, this bogus charge is the reason Im reporting this company.

      Unjust Charges - Multiple Times!My experience with AdoreMe has been very unsatisfactory and as Ive read in the reviews, Im not alone in what I experienced.I used the service from March May of 2022. I received 3 boxes. Of the 3 boxes, I was unjustly charged after every return. I have used other subscription services for clothing and never had this issue. It's sad because I did like the product.I know how to return product, you dont take tags off, it cant looked worn, etc.. For 2 of my boxes, I was charged $20 for 4 items marked returned in poor condition which carrys a $20 charge each. For the 3rd box (May) , i was charge over $280+ in August for items not returned, yet they were returned in mid-June! When I called, I was provided with a refund for the first box and 3rd box. I asked for proof what was poor condition about box 1 and 2 and they dont have anything in the process to show proof such as pictures .March *** Charge: $80 (refund) April *** Charged: $75n (no refund)May *** Charged: $284.70 (refund)Its scary when you get a $284 charge on your credit card and you have no idea why! Obviously, this is shady and very bad business. I am looking into filing a formal complaint against this company because I can see it's happening to others and they need to be held accountable even if I got some refund.
