      Ordered my exchange set on 8/18. Received shipping information on 8/24. Weeks passed and the package still hadnt even been scanned in as received so I contacted support only to be told to wait another week. Now another week has passed, I contacted them again, and got no response. Ive spent about $500 with adore me in the last month alone and this is how they treat their customers. Its not bad enough that it takes almost 3 weeks for the sets to arrive when they actually do ship, but when they dont ship, they dont do anything about it? Been with Adore Me since 2013 but ******** stuff is looking better and better.

      Easy to order from and they clearly explain the vip program. Shipping takes a long time.

      I have used them for several months. They have now charged a false $20 unsanitary return fee for a dress. I try items on, if I don't like, I put back in the bag and then the box. I contacted them and they are now claiming it is not the 1st time and will not credit. I have never been notified prior for any such problems. I asked for proof of their claim. I will be canceling and I would recommend buyer beware.

      I would give them zero stars if I could. Every single box had wrong charges and I had to reach out to customer service to resolve them. They claimed they missed something out of every box, and now I have a charge for an ENTIRE box. What a ripoff.

      Quality of products is terrific. Pricing is okay, unless you catch a good sale. Have never had to return anything in 6 orders. Processing and shipping of orders could be a little quicker. Would definitely recommend Adore Me!

      I have tried contacting Adore Me for a week now in regards to a charge on my account. They claim a package I returned was never received. I have the receipt with the date and tracking number from ***** I have emailed adore me several times in regards to a refund of $79.95. They have not made an effort to contact me. It was my first and last time I will ever be ordering with this company.

      Can't review the products as I never actually received my order. After ordering I was told it would take 1-2 days to process my order to be shipped then it would be up to the post office. I wouldn't blame them if the post office messed up but my order was never processed. When contacting customer service I was told that they couldn't even give me an update as to when it might be shipped. Pretty messed up that a company that pressures and manipulates their customers to purchase monthly from them can't even deliver on time. Don't waste your time or money.

      If I could give them less than one star I would. Every time I do not buy anything in the box and send everything back I get an email that at least one item is damaged/dirty, so I am charged a fee which is unbelievable because on most items I only take out of the package and dont try on. I only try the items on that I plan to keep. When I asked them for prof of damage I was told that they have none and when I said fine then send me the item back then since I was already being forced to pay and was told that was not possible as they dont have the item available. I find the company very unethical and will never do business with them again. I hope that some day they find a conscience and stop taking advantage of people.

      The products are so good. I loved everything this round. I am blind though, and it is hard to know what the colors are of my items. I have tried to get help by calling your team to describe the items, but nobody has helped me with this. I just would like to know what my products look like.

      After getting a box and not liking anything in it I sent it back in may 2022. I then skipped a box in June and ended my subscription in July. After ending my subscription I was still sent a box. Seeing that I dont want it. I sent it back unopened the very next day. About a week later I was charged ****** for the whole box. At that time I called the customer service number and was told as soon as they got the box I would get my money back. So I gave it a week to see if the box got there and it didnt so they told me I needed to contact the post office. So I did and thats when I was told the tracking number was fake! And that I cant get it back and they cant send it out. So I emailed adore me and told them that and that if I needed to I would get the law involved so the quickly refunded my money and now the box from may that they had got back months ago. Was charged ****** to my account and so I called them again and finally was told that they did get the box but it hasnt been processed yet and that I would be refund my money. Point is they tried to scam me out of almost $500.00 dollars of my money. They are a SCAM!!! I Dont trust them I now have to go and get my bank account changed????
