    Like others, my recurring charges of $7.50 is being accepted without delivery of the brushheads. I have not received a brushhead since September 2023. I have contacted my credit card company to stop or deny any further payments to Goby.DM

    While I love the toothbrush, I need a new head. I subscribed to get new heads delivered every 3 months back in April. I have not received a head. I have sent multiple emails but received no response.

    I was charged $7.50 for a new toothbrush head on 2/15/24. I messaged them after two weeks and they told me they'd be shipped in April. Now in June, I still haven't gotten the three toothbrush heads that I was supposed to AND website down, no communication.

    They have a lifetime warranty on toothbrushes. I contacted them many times last year about replacing one, but they never did and they eventually stopped replying. I just sent another request about a second toothbrush that stopped working. Their website seems non-functional now. Their brushes need to be replaced often. I feel like I have had money stolen by a very shady business. If they ever come back, Id avoid them. There are a lot of more reputable companies that make brushes that last longer than a few months to a year.

    Same as others. I ordered brush heads in February 2024. It is mid-May and I have been charged, sent an order number but never received a tracking number or received the items. Got an automated email in return for asking about when tracking number or items will be delivered. So frustrating.

    Never sent my replacement toothbrush head that is now 2 months late. I got a refund for that head but still need it and NO REPLIES to ANY of my emails or voicemails.

    Same problem as others. Recurring subscription cannot be canceled but also not receiving my recurring order due to operational problems. If there are known problems, cancel the auto orders! Was great at one point. A scam now.

    Ive been using goby for several years with little to no complaints but for the last several months now it seems theyre crashing and burning. I am unable to cancel my subscription on their website because they DO NOT GIVE YOU THAT OPTION when you log into your account which is super sketchy and beyond frustrating. I emailed and have had no response.

    Same as others-order for brush heads billed, but never shipped. Initially they would respond to emails and gave promises to send after supply issues resolved, then after 3 months of waiting they refused to respond at all. Received automated email reply today stating they are unable to answer emails or ship products due to unforeseen operational challenges.

    Ordered replacement toothbrush heads and was billed in March, and have been told twice but still no shipment has been made. I have requested a refund and received an email saying that due to operational challenges emails and orders can not be processed at this time.
