    Very very frustrated with Goby. I had a good run with them during 2021 and 2022, absolutely no issues whatsoever. But now, like everyone else, they can't get the **** brush heads out to me. They've only continued to take my $7.50 and run for the hills. After the 3rd time this has happened in a row, I'm done. I can't believe I'm actually buying another electric toothbrush just for something as ridiculous as brush heads.

    I used Goby for years and really liked the look and the model of mailing replacement heads. But then I noticed they hadnt sent me my last 2 replacement heads, with no communication. I thought maybe there was an issue with the address so placed one more order, but specifically checked a month later, and found it hadnt shipped and I hadnt received any email about it. I reached out and they claimed that something happened with the warehouse and they apologized but would get it to me within the next two weeks. Six weeks is a ridiculous timeline to wait for a new brush head, but I thought Id give them one last shot. Unfortunately after returning for a trip, its now been over two weeks and I still dont have it - and still havent received any communications. So I just cancelled my order. Are you guys out of business and failed to inform any of your customers? Or is this just a fraudulent, shady service?

    Goby will not from my understanding send out replacement brush heads again. Ive been waiting over a month and they have no intention on shipping due to SUPPLIER ISSUES. **************** doesnt answer and yahoo messenger barely answers! Always stating supplier issues!!! There should be a negative stars section. Stay away!!!!

    Same situation as everyone else: ordered replacement heads and now 3 months later no replacement heads and no money refunded. we've been trying to connect with them for months and Nobody is answering emails or picks up the calls.Worst company ever.

    My situation is very similar to others in that I ordered replacement heads almost 3 months ago and have yet to receive them. I contacted customer care on multiple occasions and have gotten nowhere. I am incredibly frustrated with Goby. They clearly have fulfilment issues.

    Ordered a refill of brush heads for my toothbrush. They never responded to my emails as they billed me for the refill of brush heads and I never received them. I can't seem to figure out how to cancel my subscription and will be contacting my bank to see if they have any advice. Very disappointing. I agree with another reviewer who states they would give less than one star, if they could.

    We signed up for the monthly subscription of replacement brush heads. Months later we have been charged multiple times and have yet to receive any product. We just keep getting told that the product is delayed and that we would be credited. We have also yet to be credited. Terrible business.

    This is a scam. Their business is clearly coming apart at the seams, and rather than fold, they just try to keep rustling up money from unsuspecting customers. For example, my brush broke, repeatedly. It took more than 6 months for them to send a replacement, after repeatedly promising to send it "immediately." When the replacement broke, I got a new type of brush, but I still had a subscription to the brush heads for my significant other. I was charged twice for refills that were simply never shipped. When I reached out, they offered a credit and said the brush head would ship. I requested a refund for both shipments that never came and to cancel the subscription. At this point, customer service stopped responding. I am sympathetic to mistakes and issues with supply chain. But I am beyond angry at the lies and lack of communication. I have cancelled my subscription. This company should be sanctioned.

    The toothbrush lasted for two months, then died. Also, I have been charged for the goby heads for the last 4 months and never received them. In addition, *** tried to cancel because I dont have a working toothbrush but they just keep charging me. This company is a total fraud.

    Purchased two charges and two cords. No biggie. This was over 5 months ago!! All I get is an automated response to my many inquiries. If they're out of business, they should just say so.
