    Buyer beware, they will take your money and never respond to support requests.Whoever is rubbing this place is now officially running a scam.

    HORRIBLE!!!!!They will not take calls only emails, but will never reply to your emails. I was told to sign up through our local Ortho to GOBY for a free brush head. I shouldn't have ever did that! I never received anything! But they charge me and wont stop charging me! I have called and there is no actual person only an automated person who said to leave your email and a message and that was it. Worst company I have ever experienced. I cannot just cancel or delete my account it wont allow me to. If your thinking of going with GOBY DONT!

    Unresponsive customer service; I have been emailing them regularly about a replacement brush. I have not heard any updates on the backordered brush from a customer service representative for 160 days.

    I would give them 5 negative stars if I could. Our orthodontist gives these toothbrushes out to new patients when they get braces. We soon after signed up for the goby.com subscription service, where we are supposed to receive new toothbrush heads every other month. The first order was supposed to arrive in **** business days. I was charged for this delivery. After a month went by and I had not received the order, I reached out to the company and got an email back that basically said they were dealing with above average emails and they would get back as soon as possible. I got nothing. I finally just went back in and tried to cancel the first order, as it was still "pending" and placed a new order with a ship date asap, remember we are supposed to get one every other month, so this would have taken the place of the 2nd shipment. Got a confirmation email about my order but never got anything about it shipping. I reached out the company again . This time I did get an email back that said they were sending a new head out to me rushed. I still have yet to receive anything, and at this time I cannot get a call or email back from the company. I also have not been refunded for the first order that we never received. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The tooth brush wasn't even that great. Stick with companies that you know and can buy locally.

    This company is no longer sending refills or warranty replacement handles, even after taking your payment. I contacted them multiple times and keep getting back order dates. The company is no longer responsive and the social media comments are full of other customers with similar experiences. Buyer beware!

    Goby was once a great company that sold electric toothbrushes and provided a subscription service to change the toothbrush head at regular intervals. I had an order for two replacement heads in March. I remember seeing it charged but never saw a shipping notification as usual. Months later, on May 31, I emailed customer support to try to figure out why the order was never shipped. The representative informed me they were having issues with supply and the order would be shipped by June 10. I then decided to look at their ******* and ******** accounts and of what I have gathered, people havent received replacement heads since February. The company continues to market their toothbrushes (at least as of March) but responds to requests with generic responses to simply email support over and over with no one receiving any kind of resolution publicly.Tomorrow is the 10th and honestly, I dont think they are planning to ship my order by tomorrow sometime. I have cancelled my future subscription since people have stated that they are continuously being charged even when the last order never shipped and have emailed for a refund on the order that was never shipped. I plan to ask my credit card company for a chargeback if I do not receive a response.My complaint is not only are they not shipping replacements, the company has offered no explanation through email or even through social media as to how they plan to rectify this situation or even replacement alternatives. The company seems to be functioning, but are simply not delivering products that they are continuously charging for.

    Goby electric toothbrushes advertises a lifetime guarantee. I contacted Goby on Feb 17 2023. I was told they will send me a replacement but it would be delayed until March 10. I contacted them on March 13 to report that replacement had not arrived. Told there were supply chain issues and that would be further delays. I was offered a $15 credit.It is now April 5 2023 and still have not received the replacement.Goby is still selling toothbrushes online, so why don't they send me a replacement? I have posted twice one star reviews on their website. It is not possible to choose to see the 1 star reviews. Need to scroll through all the reviews.I did receive the subscription replacement brush but since I do not have a toothbrush .... what is the point?Beware of this company.
