    Never got my toothbrush head refills for the last 8 months, was charged for them though and when I emailed Goby, I got no response. On email 10...

    I signed up for auto-delivery of toothbrush head refill shipments every 3 months. No problems for the first 3-4 deliveries. After that, nothing. I've emailed, and called the company about **** times, with only 2-3 response emails (all from someone named **. I don't think they have any other customer service agents to respond to emails, and the phone calls are always to an answering machine. No return calls ever recieved. Beware of ordering from thid company. I gave up after 9 months of trying to obtain a refill shipment (when I'd been promised by ** twice that it was due to ship out within a certain time frame). I have since completely given up on Goby, and purchased an Oral-B IO brush, so at least I can buy replacement heads at a store or from Amazon. If Goby replacement heads were available at a retail establishment, I wouldn't be filing this complaint.

    If I can rate this company a zero I would. Never ever buy anything from here. **************** is horrible. No one ever responds. Theres no way of deactivating your account on their site. You are unable to get your credit card information out of their site. You are unable to physically cancel anything. The only thing you are able to do is push back your automatic brush order (which I cant use since their brush died on me about a year ago). This company is just avoiding me and I guess everyone on here at this point. Please save the hassle and never buy from this place ever.

    Enjoyed my brush for maybe 1 year before it broke and would no longer hold a charge. Company policy was free ************ for life. I bought a bunch more heads before this happened so I patiently waited for the replacement to be fulfilled. It never was. The company has clearly gone under and will not let people cancel subscriptions but also never sends any products out or responds to correspondence. Go check their Instagram comments for more.

    A warning for anyone considering buying a Goby toothbrush in 2023/2024. DO NOT. Seeking a **************** from unresponsive Goby. They dont respond anymore to customer emails about their lifetime toothbrush replacement, or missing toothbrush head subscriptions. Hoping this company has not turned into a scam, but *** never not had a business be unresponsive (and for so long). Legally, this aint good and very bizarre. Seeking refunds at this point/switching to a new toothbrush system.

    I have repeatedly reached out to goby through email and through social media for my replacement toothbrush heads over the past 6 months. I've reached out over 10 times. They have charged me twice for toothbrush heads that have never shipped without refunding my money. When I've tried to get this figured out, all I get is an automated email message with no replies.

    Life time warranty but no response to my replacement request. I emailed Goby customer service for a replacement toothbrush over a month & a half ago with no response to my request except that they were very busy & would review my request when they were able.I have emailed every couple of weeks with absolutely no response to my replacement request.

    Goby has gone down the toilet. I cannot get brush heads, or toothbrushes for that matter. My orders have been pending for months and they will not respond to any calls or emails. I have been waiting since August for supplies. So much for their amazing guarantee. I am sure they are out of business now, with all the thousands of angry customers and negative reviews. What company can come back from that?

    Company is a joke. I had to cancel my first charge on a credit card in about 20 years, a measly $16.33 charge for two toothbrush replacement heads. The company just takes your money and then never follows up. Nobody every answers the phone or calls you back. Nobody ever responds to emails. I placed an order on 10/4/23 and nothing. Our orthodontist gave us one of their toothbrushes as part of my daughter's braces package. Quite frankly, our orthodontist should be ashamed to be doing business with this company and I will be telling him that. Don't ever buy a product from this company!!
