    This company stole $108.99 from us.They ran a charge for an account that was not legally created and that was immediately cancelled.They never shipped anything!!Please help!!I can prove everything and hope to resolve this through you to avoid small claims court.

    Was charged for my purchase and never recieved Box. Called company they said the transaction never went through. I send them proof that i was charged and they still say that my charges were canceled.

    I've just recently joined Good Chop. I've received two orders from them containing "6 orders of "Boneless Skinless Chicken B****** 6 x 6 oz pieces"I worked my way through the first order and the chicken b****** appeared to be small in size, i.e. less than 6oz. After I received my second box of the same chicken *******, I purchased a digital scale to check the weight of each breast as I used them. Most were in the high 3oz to low 4oz range with a scant few being in the 5oz range and one or two in the low 6oz range. I've looked over the Good Chop website and after extensive searching found a statement that the Chicken Breast sizes are 5oz. As I've used my second order of the same Chicken B****** I looked closer at the vacuum sealed packaging and on it, it stated that chicken breast size is 4oz and can vary in size. No where on there website could I find that the Chicken Breast size I was purchasing was 4oz and variable in size. $160 for 36 4oz chicken b****** is a hard sell compared to 36 6oz chicken *******.I've believe that Good Chop is purposely misleading/defrauding customers about what they are ordering through the Good Chop website.

    I signed up for Good Chop under a promotion of 2 free New York Strip steaks per box for a year, with the first box being delivered Jan 19th. The Jan box had NY Strips on the invoice, but they sent a different steak instead. I contacted customer support, they were going to give me a $25 credit for my Feb box. Feb box is shipped with no credit applied, it also had NY Strip steaks on the invoice, but again they sent a completely different steak.I contact customer support again, they said they would apply the $25 credit from Jan to my Mar box, and give me another $25 credit for the Feb box. I ask how I am supposed to know that I will actually get my NY Strip steaks in Mar. I was told they have escalated the issue so it does not happen again, and that I will have a $75 credit on my Mar order.Mar order is shipped with a $75.01 credit, but the box arrives and there is not even NY Strips listed on the invoice. I contact customer support again, and I am told that the $75 credit was to remove the free steak promotion. After a bit I request a supervisor, they leave me waiting while reading that days chat. They tell me that the promotion was for free NY Strips for life, and it cannot be added again as it is no longer active and that the $75 was to remove the promotion. They leave me waiting again as I tell them that is incorrect and they need to read the Feb chat conversation. They then come back and immediately disconnect from chat.I get someone else and request another supervisor, again I am told that the promotion was free NY Strips for life, and they should be able to apply it again, but after trying a few times they are unable to apply it and offer $25 credit.I decline and am told they are escalating this to being contacted by someone from corporate. That has now been 1.5 weeks ago and I have not heard from corporate and no one in customer support can even tell me if they have even tried to contact me.

    The company has NOT gotten a hold of me at all.  In fact I have contacted Customer Support twice, giving them a 2nd email address in case the email I signed up under was just blocking them.  No one in Customer Support can even tell me if they have tried to contact me, but I have gotten nothing.  On top of that, I canceled my subscription, yet I have another charge for another shipment.

    They did not include an email address for me to contact them.  I even tried contacting customer support on their website and I was told they did not have an email for them at all.  I would have liked to have emailed them and asked questions on a few of the options they gave and then Accepted their response, but I cannot as I have no way to contact them nor have I heard from them.

    I have been dealing with this company for around 1 year. Over that time, I have received several order that were defrosted and several that were never delivered. The last few deliveries have been the worst. In January my order was delivered defrosted and they said they would send a replacement, well when I didn't receive it, I contacted them for a tracking number. I was told that when it ships I would receive an email with the tracking information. So after a week or so i contacted again and I was told that it shipped but they couldn't give me a tracking number. Then I find out that it was cancelled and a refund was issued. So I place my February order, now I am paying $20.00 more when i should still be paying then the discounted price from the month before and that order was never delivered. So again i contact them and they say they will send out a replacement. Well that never happened, all they did was cancel my replacement. So no refund was issued until I contacted them today to find out it was cancelled. WHY was it cancelled? Still don't know. How can you tell someone you are sending a replacement and then not send it? And then not refund me until I call about the replacement. They have very poor customer service. They did nothing to try to keep me as a customer. And I had a credit to use that I received because if issues with my deliveries but they never used it and now that I cancelled my account I can't see the amount but I believe it was $10.00. I feel i should be refunded the $10.00 that I never got to use. They informed me that I can use it on a regular priced shipment but I never got to that because I kept having issues with their shipments and they kept adding a promo code to give the discounted prices. Nothing but issues, they are high priced and have terrible customer service. Buyers Beware! I think they know the people who gave them glowing reviews.

    In mid-January ****, I had made ONE order from Good Chop to purchase their meats and seafood online. The order arrived. It was substantially less quantity and quality than I expected. That was more than enough for me. On February 4, ****, I received an email saying that my NEXT order was coming in a week. I was going to be billed ****** for 6 (********** of meat. And if I did not respond, they would pick the cuts for me. I found this unauthorized purchase to be FRAUD. I immediately sent back an email REJECTING this charge to the return address and to CONTACT US tab on their website. A few days later, PayPal notified me that I had been charged $******. I called the customer service number on the Paypal alert and connected to ***************. In a long conversation with a rude, non-stop, non-english talker, I was told "Too Bad -- You Are Under Contract". What !?!?! . I told her that this is a scam. In fact, I want that order cancelled. I want my $****** refunded back to PayPal -- which is an absurd amount of money for SIX pieces of meat. I also want to see some control of these online businesses that get ahold of your CC number. **********************, ****** *****

    Steaks added to box were missing after I confirmed with representative they would be included in box to be shipped out. After I realized that items were missing I have had to contact customer service at least 5 times. All they want to do is give a refund for the missing items. This was a buy 2get 1 deal that was a great deal. I needed these steaks for holiday dinner. They refused to send out missing items stating they cant send out only that item. They can send items out with my next box. I do not want another box for $189. On the 5th chat, the representative ******** said she would refund the complete order(both box and added item) and add a $50 credit to my account which I felt was reasonable. In the process of waiting for the email transaction for refund the chat disconnects. Still have not rcvd refund or email with transaction confirmation #. Then this morning I recvd an email that my subscription is cancelled which was not discussed or agreed upon. So now I still have not rectified the issue.

    Absolutely horrible customer service. After I received my first box they deleted my payment information out of the system and never notified me so my next box never showed up. I went into the system to see why and it showed my next deliver scheduled on 12.22.23 with nothing about payment info not being available so I figured I made a mistake. I just finished chatting with them and they tried telling me my account was being denied due to insufficient funds but when I asked what account they were trying to pull from they had no answer, that is because there is no account information in the system and the account I used to set up the account has plenty of funds. They then told me it will take them a week to update my payment info and I would not be getting another box this week. My family and I rented a cabin in the snowy mountains for xmas and this box was supposed to be our meals for the week. They could care less about the mistake and when I told them to cancel my account all they said is "you are going to lose the promotion".

    I contacted Good Chop in September. I enjoy receiving their promotional emails which I am likely to take advantage of again at some point. However another customer keeps sending emails through their system reminding me to claim my free box. I have asked Good Chop to stop these emails and they agreed but said it would take some time. I think they said 10 days. That was in September so its been three months and the issue is still not resolved.
