1 starThis company is terrible and doesnt keep any promises made. I received my box after a delayed delivery. Once opened everything was defrosted and rancid. I contacted them immediately and was told by their agent that I would get a full refund and a replacement box free of charge for the inconvenience. Almost 2 weeks later and I didnt receive either. I contacted them again and they claim no refund was ever initiated and they cant send a replacement box now because its out of the remake window. Now Im supposed to be getting an expedited refund for the 2nd time !! I understand things happen but if you want to keep customers at least keep your word **********************.Review fromStephen J

After a thorough review of your account regarding the free bacon offer, wed like to clarify that a specific promo code needed to be applied at checkout to receive that item. Upon checking your account, we saw that a different code APPL120-TS was used instead. This code provided discounts of $50 off your first box, $30 off your second box, and $20 off the next two boxes. Because the bacon promotion required a separate, unique code, it wasnt included in your order. We completely understand how important it is to have clear communication around promotions, and were truly sorry this wasnt clearly conveyed upfront.
Additionally, regarding the images of the steaks, the number shown depends on the specific cuts selected. After reviewing your order, we confirmed it included one cut of each steak type. We apologize if the images caused any confusion and appreciate your understanding.
Please know that the lack of clear communication you experienced does not reflect the high standards we hold ourselves to. We are taking immediate steps to address this by escalating the issue internally and providing additional training to our customer service team to ensure clearer communication in the future. 1 star********. My dad bought an expensive box of meat which was ALL rancid and inedible. When he contacted for a reimbursement they told him theyd send a new box of fresh meat, he replied saying he did not want it and only wanted his money back. They sent another box anyways and CHARGED HIM for it, this box was also completely rancid. He has contacted many times and is ignored. If I could give 0 stars I would. Received an order. Never had an account. Called customer service. No help at all. After giving info found out ir was placed by a email account that was not me. Apparently someone got my credit card information and address and placed order. I asked for them to come back and pick it up. Was told no, I had to keep it and pay for it. I finally got them to cancel subscription but they would not give me cancelation number.I immediately called credit card company, disputed charge and cancelled card. I made a police report. Threw entire box in trash.Good Chop

Good until it wasn't. Three orders in a row were incorrect. The first mistaken order, I received the wrong cut of steaks and was refunded the value of the items that had been mistaken and was satisfied with that resolution. The second mistaken order I again received the exact wrong cut of steak but they only refunded me for half and gave a credit for the remainder. I checked my account to make sure the credit was there after my customer service phone call and it was, but it disappeared before my next shipment so I was charged the full amount plus that order was missing items. When I called they said the credit was there, which it's not, but they said it wasn't applied because I received a $1 voucher and they couldn't use both. I told him I had been charged the same amount as my previous orders and he just said he could put the original credit toward my next order, nothing for the missing items. I cancelled my account and it was the first time of the 3 calls that I wasn't put through to their satisfaction survey, I'm still on the call waiting for it and it's already been 6 minutes since he got off the line!Good Chop

Good chop shows deliveries to people that include ribeye and ny steaks but these cuts are not available for you to buy when you go to the site. They do have much cheaper cuts available which are tough and cheap. Why would anyone get lured into this scam of a site. THEY DONT SELL WHAT THEU ADVERTISE! NEVER BUY FTOM GOOD CHOPGood Chop

I subscribed to Good Chop and received my first box. One if the items I ordered and paid for was missing. I called their customer service and was told they could only credit my account $25, the value of the missing item. I ordered a second box and, again, one item was missing and three were incorrect. Only three of the items I received were correct. And the steaks I ordered were awful-60% was fat. I called and was told that they would either credit my account or refund me $90.98 (the amount I paid for the one missing and three incorrect items). I chose the refund, however, they only refunded $49. I ended up having to pay for the items I did not order and did not want. If I could have returned the box, I would have but that was not an option. And, the icing on the cake came when I tried logging into my account and received a message that they had experienced a data breach and my information had been exposed. I am very unhappy with this company, am deleting my account and will never again subscribe to Good Chop. The quality is not good and WAY overpriced.Good Chop

These guys are a total scam. They show you lots of prime and premium cuts like filet mignon but when you sign up the only stuff they let you buy is c*** that is not worth the subscription price at all. "chatted" with an agent who basically told me that my first order has to be the c*** offerings and then later on I get to "upgrade" to premium meats. F that. To help clarify things, here are the steps to select your cuts and access premium add-ons:
Desktop:
Step 1: Once you have logged into your account at ************************, select "Change Order" above your preselected cuts on your "My Dashboard" page
Step 2: Remove any of the preselected cuts by hitting the minus ( - ), select Add Extra Cut for each new cut you want to add, click the plus ( + ) to increase the quantity, and select Save # Cuts
Step 3: You will see a pop up confirming your cut selections are saved and can click "Continue to deals" to include our add ons in your order
Step 4: ******************* if you do not wish to add any deals/add ons
Step 5: Select Add to Your Box for each new deal/add on you want to add, adjust the quantity for each deal/add on by tapping on the + or -, and select Save Deals
Step 6: You will see a pop up confirming your new cut selections have been saved for your upcoming order and as your default selection. The pop up message also reminds you of your cutoff to make any changes
