    The Meat is Very High in Fat Percentage, and the Sodium is off the Charts. They also place you on AUTOMATIC SHIPMENT without your knowledge, and or, Disclosure is hidden. They just shipped the exact same order I initially placed last month and charged my credit card....... BEWARE!!!!!!

To give you an overview of what happened, once a subscription is created and active, orders are automatically processed every 5 days at 11:59 p.m CT for delivery the following week. You have until this time to select your meals or skip the order. If you do not make a choice, our system will choose meat based on your preferences. Please know that the reason we have a weekly cutoff/deadline is to ensure we can procure the necessary cuts to prepare. We need a lead time as we we work with many local farms and fisheries to provide you with the highest quality, best tasting cuts, which is why we work quickly to get your selections to your door.     I received a coupon for $120 off. I did not realize I had to have 3 full orders (12 different types of meat) for 3 orders. They wanted to take off a portion of the $120 between the 3 separate orders. I got the first box, it was too much meat for my family. I went on to their website, and I changed the date of my next order and I decreased my order to medium. they immediately took away the discount. Then I chose a date of June 15th to get a medium order. My order size is displayed on the top left side of the screen. Instead they did not give me a warning, and just charged me for another whole order for $258.99. I called to cancel this order, and they told me it was too late. I asked for a refund, and they said they couldn't give it to me. They refused to acknowleged they made a mistake, and do anything to fix it. I stopped my subscription. The meat is OK, not worth all that money.

    Tried one order and the box cam frozen and the fish tasted off and the texture was terrible. I contacted them to get a refund for the fish and they would only credit me for **********. Second meal tried the sirloin steaks. Worst butchering and the meat was soggy and gross. Pork package was cut and the juice spilled all over the floor and fridge. I want a full refund and you can pick up the rest!

    Do not order from this company. I order from this company because of a coupon which made it seem like a good deal. ****** off spread out over three auto shipments. Cant lose right? It arrived nicely packaged, quickly and frozen as it should be. Put it all in the freezer except the burger which I left in the fridge to thaw. It leaked blood all over my fridge. At closer examination I found that the bag the shrimp was packaged in was never sealed properly. CS was nice but I will never get any of my money back as you only get store credit and can not use it with any coupon so I would have had to order 3 more boxes to use my refund. Who would be silly enough to order from them and risk poor packaging again with still no refund

    I did cancel my subscription same day as I signed up. The choices are very limited. Since they got my credit card number in order for me to register, they used my card to make a purchase and sent me what I did not order. I have email confirming that I canceled the subscription right away. They declined my request for return and refund. I would not recommend anyone to even try to register. They will ship you a random order without your approval or prior contest. Almost like a robbery.

    I only authorized one order. I have refused shipment on the last order and will again refuse shipment on the pending order. They don't seem to keep their records straight.
