    No words!!!! Meat thawed and spoiled?? How long had it been sitting around??? Spoke to customer service but still no confirmation email and no refund for meat I had to dump out. I'm a single Grandma raising Grands I can't afford to throw food awsy

    I subscribed to this venue only to cancel my subscription but this company continues to take money from my account every chance they get. I do not get merchandise from them anymore but they continue to try to pull from my account. I have called several times and spoke with them but they continue taking from my account.

    Would definitely rate Good Chop zero stars if I could, very disingenuous company. During my second order through them it showed a price of $56.99 a week before the billing date the price went up to $128.99... So imagine how many people aren't looking at the accounts thinking they are paying one thing and actually paying another. Shame on you Good Chop.

    Shipping with this company is horrible, my delivery driver has been sitting in the same place all day , and 3 hours after my delivery was supposed to be here reported a delay , now my package is supposedly going to be delivered today. Im having a very bad first box with Good chop. Very disappointing.

    Was supposed to get free chicken wings but wasn't on order.called customer service and they canceled my order which delayed my box for an extra week .they delivered my box and still no wings. Called customer service and they said that they. Would send in next ******** which I am supposed to get free chicken wing for a year. Don't believe.them or trust them. Beware of this company..their ad is false

    They offer promo codes for free chicken wings for life and cancel you without your permission after signing up. When you call to find out why you were canceled, they offer to reactivate your account without the original promo code. I called multiple times, wishing to fill out the survey. The supervisor named *** claimed that I would be transferred but she hung up on me as well. Definitely not a trustworthy company. Seems like a bait-and-switch attracting you with the promo deals and then offering a more expensive option that is only beneficial to the company and not the consumer.
