Hello. I place orders back on 12/1. Neither one of my orders are showing shipped or complete. The three orders are showing processing. Also Im not able to speak to anyone on the customer service line. I tried calling early and late. I even emailed using the email address, no one responded. I returned items on 11/20/2022 my refund hasn't been processed back to my account. I've called for 2 weeks stay on hold for 100 plus minutes no one answers the phone. I placed 2 more orders in November still haven't received the order but they took my money. I would like my money returned for the items I returned and the items I paid for either sent to me or refund that money as well. Hello, I placed an order on 11/29/22. It has been over two weeks and I have not received my order. After reading New York and Company's ******** page it appears that I am not the only one that has this problem. I believe I have been scammed. I have not been able to reach anyone on the phone and still no response from the email that I have sent. My order number is ***********.I mailed back my entire order via *** on December 3rd.The tracking number is ******************.According to the *** website, the package is currently in ***************, ** and has been there since December 6th.I called *** and they informed me to contact the receiver (New York & Company) and inform them that the package appears to be lost and that the company will take it from there.So, I live chatted with Cath today and she informed me to contact *** so that they can check the status of the order.I emailed *** and the representative (********************) wrote that the package does indeed appear to be lost and for me to file a claim.I tried to file a claim with ***, but it appears that I need to pay to sign up for an account in order to file a claim.I've never heard of paying to file a claim and I'm certainly not going to do that.There have been multiple issues with this order since I originally placed it over a month ago.No one seems to know how to fix this issue.I mailed back 5 items, and it is not my fault that *** lost the package. I made an online purchase on 11/24/2022 today is December 14, 2022 and still havent received any of my items. I have called a couple of time and they keep saying that I will receive it in a couple of days. One of the items shows as acknowledged, whatever that means and the other ones as shipped but never received. Called them again today and was kept on hold for 2 1/2 hrs and never spoke with one single person. Im asking for a full refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 11/24 for 12 items in the amount of $68.77. This amount included an upcharge for expedited shipping. I received three seperate "tracking numbers" that do not work for any known shipping system, for part of my order, while part still has not been marked shipped. NY&C can not tell me if it was actually shipped or not. They said contact **** I contacted **** *** says they have no packages and the numbers provided belong to a system called Mail Innovations and they can not tell anything by the "tracking" numbers provided. I was told NY&C can not cancel the order, will not refund shipping or any part of the pending order until I get it and return it. If I do not receive my order within the 45 days, I can't even return for a refund, as their policy is 45 days to return FROM THE *** YOU ORDERED. Also, if I did return it, there may be a delay in processing the return, so still no refund and no merchandise. My 45 days will be up before the packages even arrive if they are in fact shipping them. I have chatted with three separate agents and all three have told me three different stories with the last one stating they have no way to tell anyone if the tracking numbers are real or not. I have since sent two emails and messaged seven more times and no response at all. I just want my money back as these were teacher gifts and we are done with classes now. The ******** page is littered with complaints and posts that all of us have been scammed out of our money. Please help. I just want my money returned. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I purchased items on 10/10/22 one item was returned and received back to ************* on 10/28/22 I received an email on 11/7/22 stating it was received and how much would be refunded back to my original payment method. To date I still have not received anything. I have talk to one representative and was told it would take two weeks. Still nothing. I have sent two emails, no response. I have called several times and been on hold for over an hour but each time a representative comes on the call disconnects. I now have two orders that I am waiting for a refund on. The first order number is *********** (1) item returned. (2) order number *********** (3) items returned, this order has yet to be logged in there system as returned. Per *** tracking # ****************** was delivered on December 2nd.. I am tired of calling only to be hung up on. I have been patient but feel like this was the only choice.Customer Answer

Since that I have received nothing else, no tracking #, shipping date, and they do not answer my emails or phone calls, I am put on hold for next representative. I placed an online order with New York & Company on December 4, 2022. My order number is ***********. When I placed this order it said that arrival would be by December 16, 2022. I have been checking the status and it says processing with no tracking number, it has been like this for over a week. I have called several times and call was never answered, longest hold was almost one hour. I have also sent two emails to customer service. I ordered five items from ********************************** back on December 3 of 2022. I still havent gotten notification that the items have shipped on their website it still says that it is processing. I tried to call and the number rings busy. I also, have emailed them on 12/ 13, 14, and 15th with no response from the company. The total amount was $90.53 and I used their credit card that they offer. I went on social media ******** and went to their page and noticed a bunch of women complaining about their orders as well. Im worried because I never received the items and I used their credit card that they offer.
