      I placed an order on December 1st. Order number ***********. I have not received my order yet, nor has the order been processed yet. Spoke to customer service via. online chat. First they said it would be delivered by 12/14 which is today. The order is STILL not even processed. When I asked to cancel my order, they said it couldn't be done EVEN THOUGH the order hasn't even processed. They want me to wait for the order to be delivered and then PAY THE SHIPPING to send it back. This isn't the same company I remember. I want my card refunded the $97.40 and never order from them again. Btw, there are countless complaints about them on social media. I wish I saw them sooner.

      The package arrived 1 month late. I refused said package, and had it returned. They refunded my money.

      I placed an order with ******** &Company on 11/20/22 for six items. The order # is *********** for $165.49 on Afterpay. Ny&Co was only able to fulfill three items totaling $67.22. It was never reported to afterpay and I am still paying installments totaling the entire balance of $165.49. I sent an email twice to NY&CO with no response. I would like for NY&CO to rectify issue and report new balance to afterpay and issue credit for overpayment. I have been charged two installments of ***** which is over the price that was owed to company of $67.22. They are about to bill me the last two installments which is not correct. I have tried to call customer service numerous times no one answers as well as file a dispute through Afterpay. Afterpay states on their site that they are still trying to contact merchant. They really have to do better with their customer service. I am not shopping with ********************** anymore. (The receipt attached reflects a payment summary reflecting $67.22. I received three items separately. It was two jackets.. each one was ***** and a vest for **** which totals the order summary at the bottom.)

      I placed an online order on November 29, 2022. Currently, the order status states, "still processing". I have made several attempts to contact **************** to confirm my order status to no avail. No one ever answers the phone. I cannot get a delivery confirmation or cancel the order.

      I have been trying to reach ************** for more than 2wks. to get a return label. No one answers the phone. I received a damaged item SKU # ************** ************. Also, I did not receive the **** blue sweater SKU # ******** from the same order number. I emailed them on 11/29/22 and they havent responded. Please help!

      I purchase clothing in October for $139.05. I returned the products because the quality of the items were so cheap, that one of the pants had a hole in it. *** tracking number confirms they received it. I've contacted the company twice via email with no response. I've called multiple times. The calls are not answered by any representatives. I've waited on line for over an hour once, nearly 30 minutes another time. Other times, the line won't even connect and gives my iPhone the message "User Busy".I would like my refund immediately. Thank you for your assistance

      Placed an order 2 December, when order it said expect 5-7 day delivery. I do not have tracking info. I have emailed them 3 times and called but noone ever answers. I prefer to have my order but want a refund if I have to continue to wait with no type of information from them.

      New York and Company is currently engaging in bad faith practices with customers. There are complaints all over the internet where money has been taken from customers (I am one) and products are not mailed per expected delivery posted and additional money paid for expedited delivery. **************** cannot be reached via telephone and no emails are being responded to at all. The company continues to advertise expected delivery dates which they cannot meet and ignore all customers once they receive the money. This is a huge problem for many that purchased Christmas gifts which will not be delivered, and refunds are not quickly being given. It may be a matter in which someone may have to intervene to stop the fleecing of thousands of people through bad business practices.

      I had made an online order with the company on Dec 1, 2022 in hopes that I would get it for Christmas, I have an email saying the product would be delivered (not processed or shipped) withing 5 days, when I contacted the company on a few occasions, they keep telling me it isn't processed yet and still needs to be packed and then shipped and shipping with the holidays would take two weeks however it isn't processed yet to be in the shipping process. When I tried to cancel the order since I wouldn't have it by Christmas I was told I couldn't. I have been told it is a busy time of year and they are backed up but yet they can't get a package out within a month time frame? I would like my order status updated at least shipped or a credit back not a run around from the company which is all I am getting.

      I placed a $200 order on 11/30 with an additional fee for delivery by 12/9. Order still says processing . I have had to reach out continuously to customer service since they have not sent out any emails apologizing or compensating for the delay . I keep getting an excuse about a warehouse delay . I truly am concerned that this company is fraudulent and now I can not get my money back.I am desperate for help with either delivery or refund .Order number : ***********
