      I placed order #*********** on 12/5/22. The confirmation stated that the order would be delivered in 5-7 days. According to the company website, the order is still "processing" and has not yet been shipped. I have not been able to reach customer service by phone. I have communicated with representatives via chat and each time informed that they cannot tell me when the items will be shipped and are unable to provide a refund or allow me to upgrade the shipping. I have read multiple reports of this type of fraud by this company. I am leaving town at the end of this week and no one will be in residence when and if the items are delivered. I am asking that the order be immediately forwarded to me via expedited shipping or that my money be refunded. It is not an acceptable solution for me to return the items for a refund after delivery. If the items are delivered to me after Sunday 12/18 they will be left unattended in the hallway of my *** apartment building for 3 weeks and likely will be stolen. I have never witness such an unethical online retail process.

      Placed an order *********** in November, order never sent. Hundreds of complaints on their social media page of orders paid for, never sent, and customer service is terrible. I want my money refunded.

      I placed an order for 3 items on 11/30/2022 and was told through a previous chat I should receive my order on or before 12/14/22 but today when I checked online it showed my order was still in processing status. I did an online chat with *** who stated they were experiencing small delays due to huge volume of orders. I asked for a refund and was told once the order has entered their system it cannot be cancelled but they can process an order once I receive my order. This has been nearly two weeks and there has been no communication from this company through email or text stating any apologies for delays I prefer to have a refund and take my business elsewhere.

      I returned the items from the first order on July 8, 2022 and returned the items from the last 2 orders on July 14, 2022 via postal mail using the shipment return label that came with the packages. I called and spoke with individuals on July 8 and July 14 confirming this was the process I was to follow to complete returns. I confirmed they received the returns; however, I have not received my almost $600 refund. I have emailed, called, chatted with numerous people on different occasions and was told the company received the shipment however due to them changing warehouses at the time the shipment was received, my items were not processed. On a few occasions, I was told that I would be getting a physical check in the mail with the refund and did not receive this either. I was also told I would receive email correspondence but have yet to receive any email correspondence either. I called on August 1, August 24th, September 15, October 25, November 18, December 2, and December 12. Order # *********** 06/26/22 - $105.32 - returned entire order - refund due $105.32 Order # *********** 07/04/22 - $186.09 - returned entire order - refund due $186.09 Order # *********** 07/04/22 - $381.209 - refund due ~$275 - returned entire order EXCEPT for 3 items (sku #******** $14.99, sku #******** $39.97, sku #******** $39.97)I understand the company went out of business but please give me back my $600.

      I placed an order *********** on November 29th. According to their website and shipping policy it should have already arrived. I contacted customer service and was told the same thing they are telling everyone; due to the high demand of orders shipping is being delayed and they cant cancel. It seems like the company is just taking all the money they can and are being dishonest and not adhering to their own policies. I dont even want the items anymore. I would like a cancellation and or refund. It still says processing sine November 29th. Since its not shipped they should be able to cancel/refund the order. The customer service rep said hes had 100s of calls like mine. If they no they cant fulfill the orders, why are they allowed to continue to take orders and not fulfill them. The customer service representative says he has no idea how long it will take.

      I purchased some item from ******** % Company for &*****. In November , 6 th. I bought the item and I have not received this item as of December today. Its not fair that I pay and I have not received the items I ordered.

      I ordered clothing and gift items from this company December 2nd with shipping 5 to 7 days selected. I waited 9 days and emailed them to ask what was going on with my order. It is now at 11 days and nothing has been updated and they have not emailed me, responded on social media to me, or shipped any items. I want my items shipped to be here by Christmas or my order canceled. I have unfortunately seen they are doing this to almost all their customers when I searched out their social media profiles. I don't want to go through having to dispute charges on an order I have not received. I have attached information regarding my order and the email I sent them.

      I placed an order for a total of four items on New York & Companys (NY&C) website on 11/12/22. I paid $7.99 for expedited shipping. *** shipped my items in different packages at different times. I received one item on 11/23/22, the second item was delivered on 11/29/22. I called customer service on 12/1/22, spoke to ******* inquiring about being refunded the $7.99 I paid for expedited shipping and I asked why I havent received all of my items. ******* told me I had to wait until all my items were delivered in order for the $7.99 to be refunded to me. He didnt have a date of when I would receive my items. The third item was delivered on 12/3/22. I havent received the fourth item that I purchased. Ridiculous. My order is showing partially shipped on *** website, however the website doesnt show a date of when the fourth item will be shipped. The website shows the shipping status is acknowledged, but doesnt show anything else. When will I receive my fourth item? When will the fourth item be shipped? I would like a refund of the $7.99 expedited shipping fee that I paid a month ago. Please let me know when I will receive the refund of the $7.99? If the fourth item doesnt ship within the next week, I am requesting a refund for the fourth item that was not shipped out. Its been a month since I ordered the four items. This is ridiculous. Poor customer service. I dont plan on doing business with *** in the near future.

      I placed an order on November 28 with an expected delivery of my order within 7-9 business days. 2 weeks after placing the order, it still has not shipped. 10 days after placing the order, I called and was on hold for 45 minutes before speaking with a representative who only was able to say that all orders were delayed due to high volume with no timeline for shipment. The hold message encourages emailing them, but my email went unanswered. I spent another hour on hold before giving up on speaking with a representative today (Dec 12). There is no way to cancel my order which is now unlikely to arrive on time and will most likely be left on my stoop for a week while I am gone and I have no method of resolution.
