On April 3, 2024 I purchased an item Sleeveless Halter Neck Scallop Jumpsuit from New York and Company (black size medium). The order number was ********. I received an order confirmation the same day, but never received a shipping notification. When I look up my order, it has a tracking number but appears to have never been actually shipped as no updates have ever been added. I reached out via email on 4/16 and via phone, ******** message, and email on 6/5. I have yet to receive a response or my item despite my threats to report the business. I would like to receive either my item or a full refund as soon as possible.Customer Answer

Less than ************************************** which neither of the clothing items been delivered. One on-line order was placed on 4-30-2024 in the amount $339.97 and the other one on 5-29-2024 in the amount of $84.19. Both orders in the amount of $424.16, I have not received as of today. Both orders were placed on account number ******************, the clothing placed on this account have not been shipped. I have tried several times to contact New York and Company via phone; the customer service rep gives non-working alternate number which appears to be disconnected. I order some things from New York & Company two weeks ago and made the mistake and put the wrong address. When they sent me the order number and say thanks for ordering I informed them I put the wrong address gave them the correct address. No response from them, so I emailed them twice no response. I called them about six times and they say they would call me back, no responses. I talked to the credit card company ************* and ask them for a number so I can file a complaint and they gave me a number that was the wrong number. I finally called back and had to beg for a supervisor and she finally gave another number for them that was discontinued also. She final help me look up the complaint information on line and seen a lot of customers filings complaint against the customer service/ordering. My thing is if you dont want a person business you shouldnt sell your clothing. Its not right that we cant get a real person to talk to nor email back. This will be my last time ordering from them. I will continue to order from Macys,I use to work for them in the 80s but they are under a different company.BBB please follow up with them company on whats going on with this company not getting back to there customers not dont return no phone calls!!Initial Complaint

I ordered a dress and shoes on 5/25. I paid $47.98. These items were "final sale" and cannot be returned. i received my shipment on 6/5 and when I opened the box it was the wrong items. The items were size 6 jeans and a shirt. They sent me the wrong items under my order # N3551593. Because my items were "final sale" I cannot print off a return label. I attempted to email NY & Company at ******************************* but no one will contact me back. I am out of my money for something I cannot wear. If they have my color block piping mule sandals and dress I will take them. If not I want a full refund and I need an address label to return the incorrect items they sent me. thanksCustomer Answer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
I returned the incorrect clothing to NY& ** and a few days later I got the clothes I ordered. I did let NY&** know so they would not refund me any money back. This has been resolved. Thank you.

I placed an online order with New York & Company on May 20, 2024, however, I have yet to receive the order. Not only did I not receive the order but I also did not receive an email confirmation of the order, which I suspect has something to do with the missing order. My New York & Company credit card was charged, however, for the $98.42. I have called numerous times, only to get the same voicemail message. On March 24, 2024, I placed an order#******** on the New York & Company Clothing store website, *********************. I bought a Long Sleeve Zebra Print Blouse, Printed Short sleeve button down shirt, Floral Organza Cropped blouse, ********************rise pull-on pants. Normally this type orders will be shipped between 5 or 7 days after placing the order. But I have been following up with them through emails, regarding to the status of the order, but the only response I got is that they are following up with the shipping department and sorry for the delay, but they don't tell me a date when I should receive the order. Also, I requested them to cancel the order and issue a refund, but they said that the store policy for cancellations is 24 to 48 hours after placing the order.Initial Complaint

I placed an order (******** ) with New York & Company on May 18, for 4 items worth $70.14 with shipping that was supposed to arrive between 5-8 business days. This is the 7th of June and I am yet to receive any information on shipping. The tracking link they sent to me only says the label has been created and the package hasn't been received by **** I followed up with them via email (which they provided on their site) at ************************** on the 1st of June and the 4th of June and haven't received a response yet. I purchased an item online with New York and Company on April 14, 2024. The item was the regular price of $65.97. I received the online shipment on April 24, 2024. I was unhappy with the fit and quality of the item, so on the same day, April 24, 2024, I proceeded with the online return process. The website allowed me to enter information for the return, but it did not generate a return shipping label. I continued to contact the company until May 10, 2024, calling and emailing a couple of times a day concerning the shipping label problem and got no response from the merchant. I contacted their reward program bank, inquiring how to contact the company, and they gave me bogus phone numbers. I want to return this item and get a refund. I finally received correspondence from New York & Company on May 15th. I received a return shipping label; upon receiving it, I repackaged the item, took it to my local *** store, and shipped it out on the same day, 05/15/2024. According to the *** Tracking, the package was delivered to the merchant on the following day, 05/16/2024; New York and Company acknowledged the receipt of the package and indicated that I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 business days. As of today, 6/6/2024, it has been 14 business days, and I have not received my refund. This financial dispute between New York and Company is significant because this merchant has issues with its shipping products, return policy, and a flawed accounting system. I filed a complaint with the BBB on 04/29/2024, Complaint ***********. The ******************** closed my complaint because of their inability to contact the merchant. This is why I filed the complaint in the first place: the merchant was not responding to my calls, emails, or text messages. Order number ******** I purchased 3 items on May 19 for a birthday gift and paid for standard shipping (5-8 business days). It has yet to be processed or shipped out. I asked for them to cancel my order, and they refused. They only offered me a 10% discount on my next order. There will not be a next order since Im not certain that I will ever get my order. I am concerned that I am being scammed.
