      I timely returned an item on 1/31/2024. I received an email confirmation of the return and was notified that the return facility, Newgistics, was backed up. I still have not received the return money. The order number was ********. The amount to be refunded is $124.36

      The package was ordered as a Christmas gift 12/6/2023. I did not get the halter neck scuba bow dress I ordered. When the gift was opened I received a rust colored midi dress. I am happy to return this for what I originally ordered and if that isnt available, please immediately issue a refund $80.97. You can see when I type in that order number ******** that this is not the dress that comes up. I appreciate your time on this matter

      On March 13, 2024 I placed an order# ******** on the New York & Company Clothing store website, Newyorkandcompany.com. I bought a Stretch fit blazer and I paid $37.98. Normally this type orders will be shipped between 5 or 7 days after placing the order. But I have been followiing up with them through emails, regarding to the status of the order, but the only response i got is that they are following up with the shipping department and sorry for the delay, but they don't tell me a date when I should receive the order. Also, I requested them to cancel the order and issue a refund, but they said that the store policy for cancellations is 24 to 48 hours after placing the order.

      I purchased three outfits from New York & Company. They sent me two correct outfits and one was a size small and the color blue that I did not order. I have repeatedly tried to contact them to get my money back. Theyre telling me that they sent me the correct items and when I respond or reply back to the email that was sent it is a bogus email. They have stolen my money over 50 something dollars and I want it back. The photo is the item that I ordered that I never received. They sent me again a blue outfit and a size small and Im trying to return that. I dont wear a size small I wear a size large I never received the $55.42 outfit. I want my money back and I will never purchase anything from this company ever again. I have been a long upstanding client of theirs for over 15+ years and ever since they went to brick and mortar. This is the worst company on the planet the phone number that they give you bogus, and you are not able to respond or reply back to their bogus email. I am thoroughly disgusted with New York & Company and again I want my money back. I have already paid the entire balance so they need to send me a check that will clear or a **** Gift Card Because I dont trust the integrity of this company . The $55.42 includes the 8.25% tax for the state of *****

      I made a purchase on January 25, 2024 with New York and Company and received the order on January 30, 2024. On February 2, 2024, I initiated a return request due to some of the items did not fit. NYC received return on February 6, 2024 and they emailed a confirmation that they received the return. Due to a high volume of orders, we are experiencing a delay in processing returns. Please allow additional time to receive your refund. On February 19, I contacted NYC via email and text to advise the company that I did not receive the following item with my order, spaghetti strap body suit that cost $68.00. I kept contacting NYC via email, their contact # ************, I did get responses via text that someone is looking into my inquiry and they will contact me, that was until April 2024. On May 22, 2024 I received a response to my email on the missing item from order #********- ** ********** **** **** ***** ***** *** ***** * ** ******* ** ****** ** ********* ********* *** *** ************* ****** ** *** ******* **** ** **** ****** ***** **** *** **** * ************ ********* **** ******** **** **** *** ********** *** *** ******* * ******** ********I responded back on 5/22/24, advising that even though the account shows the item was delivered, it was not delivered with the order and also inquired about my refund on the returned items back on February 6, 2024. I have not received any responses to inquiry of refund due to me of $212.07 plus $84.87 for item not included in the order. Total owed is $296.94. I have never experienced such bad customer services from repeatable ********************** as ******************. This experienced has been bad that I will no longer purchase things online with them.

      On March 25th, 2024 I placed an order with New York & Company for several items of clothing, including 2 skirts, a cardigan and a top. I received an email from them stating the order was confirmed. This order never shipped. I tried to call once, and was routed to a voicemail that was "full". I have contacted them several times via email, and each time have gotten what I'm assuming is an AI generated response, essentially only saying they will provide me with an update when they have one. I have requested via email to get a refund, and the response I received back was that they "escalated" the order, that supposedly it's been sent to fulfillment and shipping and it can not be refunded due to it being escalated. It has now been over 2 months and I still don't have these items or a refund (at this point I would be happy with either one.) The order number is ******** and was for $103.53

      I purchased five (5) yoga pants from New York and Company online on November 25, 2023 (Black Friday). I only received four (4) of the five (5) yoga pants. I called New York and Company immediately and informed them of this issue. I also called their **************** number several times and received several emails about them assisting me with this issue. After several failed attempts to reach someone over the phone and by email, they eventually stopped communicating with me and stopped replying to my numerous emails. I have been trying to get a refund of my money since November 25, 2023, and I still have not received any replies to my email nor have I received my refund. I need some assistance from the BBB. Thus, I am reporting this company to BBB as a company that takes customers' money and does not refund the money when items are not received.

      I made an online order on April 1, 2024. I received a confirmation number (ORDER ********) for five items. My order cost was $60.94. Shipping generally takes 5-8 days. I remember seeing a note about shipping delays. I figured 2 weeks **** I checked my order and saw the order had left NJ facility but no movement after that and it stated it was enroute. I followed up with an email to ******************************* on May 8, 2024. I received an return email that the mailbox was full. I called ************** on May 23, 2024, I waited 2 minutes for a representative then an automated message came on stating that they were unable to take my call and to leave a message or text the number. So, I sent a text requesting a status update. I have not heard back, yet.
