      I have tried to contact ************** customer service about this 4 times over the last 3 weeks but haven't been able to get a response. I've emailed both ******************************* and *********************************** and the only phone number the website lists is for credit card issues, so I don't know who to call. I'm writing about my order number ********. I placed the order on February 28th and still haven't received it. I can't find any notice of shipment or anything, even though they confirmation told me I would receive one once shipped. But I checked the order tracking, and it says it was delivered in March. It wasn't delivered to my address, and I've asked neighbors if they received it by mistake. No luck. The **** website says they will only talk to the shipper about it, so I can't pursue it with **** myself.

      On March 29 and April 3 of this year, I placed an order with ******************************* My account was charged the same day. I received an order number at checkout, but I never received an email confirmation for the order made on March 29. Today I checked the website using the order numbers to try to track the order. It has no information on that order number they gave me. I call the customer service several times during their business hours, but it sends you to voicemail. I also sent an email yesterday regarding my issue. I would like them to contact me regarding my order to let me know if they are going to ship the items I paid for or provide a refund.

      Better Business Bureau:

      At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding New York & Company has been resolved.

      Reply was made 6 weeks after I send the first e-mail. I receive only partial of my order the rest was never sent and money was returned to my bank. ****** learned No more business with new york and company

      I sent a return for Order # ********* Return *** is $96.29.On 12/27/23 I received an email stating the return was received, but 3 months later no refund has been processed. I have emailed and called and messaged on social media and wasted so much time. It has been over 3 months!!

      Hello, On March 19, 2024 I made an online purchased from New York and company website and paid the 9.99 fee for 3-4 days shipping. The order number is as listed ORDER ********. As of April 10, 2024 I have yet to receive the items nor get a reply from the emails, texts, voicemails that I sent. I am requesting for the company to reimburse my money. I am very disappointed with the lack of response from the company. The items are no longer needed.Thanks

      Order Number ******** placed on March 16th 2024.Totaling *****, no contact from company since then. Ive emailed and called with no answer. I would like this order cancelled and refunded. Website promised to be shipped within in 5-8 business days and ** and ** failed to produce an accurate tracking number with in that time. It is unacceptable that they have not answered any emails or phone calls. They have no customer service.

      Made order in December for two outfits never received one them one was too big sent it back never got refund said I had to wait 3month the other one no nothing they want answer the phone or email

      I placed an order with this company on March 13, 2024. Order number *******. This order has not been shipped, it shows that a **** label was created on March 18. The company has not responded to my request by email and calling them it is waste of time because you can't reach anyone. Please refund me for this order I did not receive. I even paid for expedited shipping.

      I purchased 3 shirts in 12/23, none of them fit correctly, and I returned all 3. I have yet to receive a refund as NY&CO is claiming to have never received the items returned. I have documented proof that they did in fact get the items I returned via the tracking number. I cannot get a single person to communicate to me what is going on, and where my money is.
