      I placed an order for $50.32 to New York and Company. It was taken out of my account on 4/8/24. Prior to that, I made a purchase using my New York and Company credit card, but will try to talk to them about repaying that charge. The $50.32 was charged to my debit card and I never received ANY further confirmation email from New York and Company and definitely never received what I purchased. This is unacceptable. I am a struggling teacher and this money was basically stolen from me.Please help!!!!

      Placed an order on 4/2/24 order ********. And paid an additional $9.99 for 3-4 business day shipping. As of 4/15/24 the order has not been dispatched for delivery.

      I have purchase a blouse back in may return it in July for $49 still waiting for that credit August 4th I return a Blazer address and a pants and I'm still waiting for that credit of ***** did not receive any credit earrings an Etc stuff that I have details to them in the email and they said that they were working very hard to credit me back my merchandise I do this monthly as often I can and they have never refund me anything up to this time I recently email **** and he email me and said he's working to refund me and this is since last year no refund ***** pants Greenwich 7.99 they have no intention and refunding me my credit for merchandise that I return and the bill slip said they did pack it but they did not pack those jewelry they did not and there was a dress they charged me before I did get refund until I call him and say I did not get the dress it was also on the packing slip that was early last year so I need my money I cannot pay a bill for things that I don't have and we've been communicating I have copies or emails that I've been communicating with them and they showed me I will get my refund and I did not get my refund it might be more than $159 but I only what I returned I count up and what I didn't get what they have on display so I need my money

      I placed an order on March 30th with New York & Company. I have reached out for an update and no reply has been sent. I tried looking up my order and it still hasnt been fulfilled. I paid with Afterpay as of right now I tried to delay the next payment but $21.56 has already been paid. The total amount of the order is $86.22. I just want to cancel my order and get a refund. This store has been stealing customers money.

      I placed a order on 3/15/2023 in the amount of $43.83. Order #********* I have not received my package. I text them everyday.I love to shop at ** and Company, and I have no other alternative but to address this problem with BBB. I cant get any answers on this order. If I can get this resolved I will be happy to continue shopping with them.Thank you for taking care of this problem.

      Matter has not been resolved. NY&co did respond, and told me to ck post office. I did, they do not have package

      I purchased an item and returned it unused in Jan of 2024 and have not received my refund. I call during business hours and get disconnected or get a message saying Ive called during non business hours and to leave my name and email. I leave the message and dont get any contact back. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have sent an email stating I will be contacting a lawyer and finally gat a response but still no refund. It has been almost 3 months

      I completed order #******** on December 5, 2023 for $312.13. I returned 9 of 12 items before the return deadline of January 17, 2024. I got an email saying that the returns had arrived February 13, 2024. I have received no refund and no replies from NY and ** since. I have emailed them and called them with no response even though they have had my return for over two months. I used Afterpay as my payment method and their customer service is unable to help me, it has to directly be settled with NY and **.

      I bought a dress from New York & Company, but did not fit. Therefore, I returned the dress even after they charged me for shipping. They received my package and to this day no refund. I have sent several emails with no response from anyone. At this point I just want my money back as soon as possible.

      On February 12 I ordered 5 items for a total of ****** and qualified for free shipping. I received some of the items on February 21 and some on February 24. I never received the **** shoes at *****. Then on April 10th a charge was made to my credit card from this company for *****. I have no idea what it is for. I would like this charge reversed and ***** credited back to my card for the shoes I never received.

      I placed 2 separate orders with New York and Company. I have not received any updates or shipping notifications. I have emailed called texted with no response. I am seeking a refund. The order numbers are ******** 3/23/24 $39 and ******** 3/27/24 $88. Please help me resolve this
