      I received a $50 gift card for NY&Co a few years ago. I also have merchandise credit left on a different card. I have been unable to use them online. When I enter the card #s to check out, it says "please enter a valid card". I emailed the help email that is on their website on 2/02/2025 and it kicked back as undeliverable. The email on their website is ******************************** I have called the gift card help line multiple times, **************, and they have confirmed the $50 gift card is active and has the full $50 balance, and the merchandise credit is active and has $17.** remaining. The receipt I uploaded for that shows $29, but I guess I spent some of it. The gift card help associates, **** and another girl, gave me multiple phone #s to call to help me check out and use the gift cards, BUT THEY ARE ALL BOGUS PHONE NUMBERS. The first number I was given to call was **************. I called after 10:00am today, EST and it beeped as if busy, I called 3 more times and it beeped or said "your call cannot be connected." I called the gift card # again and they gave me **************. When I called that #, someone answered and said I won a $100 ******* gift card. I told them no, I was given this # to help checkout online for NY&Co and they connected me to an automated service that kept saying "press 1 to win a gift card, press 2 to hear more options," I pressed 2 until the call was disconnected. I then called the only phone number on their wesbite, which is for their credit card; woman there gave me this # to try **********, which is Commenity (?) bank. I spoke to someone there and he said they used to finance for NY&Co but he could not help. So I am left with $67 of gift card value that I cannot spend and NY&Co refused to actually help. It's not much, but I could use that money back and on principle, they should not get to keep my money. Thanks. My local store in *********, ** closed, so I chose the next closest. This complaint would be for headquarters.

      On January ******* I placed an order for $85.98. The package arrived on January 24, 2025. A dress I ordered was missing. I reached out to customer service ************** on January 24th at 10:48 a.m. Youre only able to leave a voicemail message. I left my name, number and email and let them know my dress was missing and they had sent a green shirt that I had not ordered. I have not heard back from anyone. There is a no return policy. I just want a refund for a dress that was not received. Ive enclosed a picture of the dress as well as the shirt that is still in packaging.

One has never been delivered, the other is wrong size (that was not ordered).Blue Pair-Never received and tracking for this item was noted on the site separately. It is no longer *************** Pair of Pants-I received a size 0. I ordered a size 4X.The business has not tried to contact me and the tracking information is no longer on the website.Emailed *** 01/25/2025 & 01/27/2025 With pictures, the receipt/shipping document that was included with the other items I ordered.I called the number on the website and a gentleman said that number was only for NY&Co Credit Card ************ of today, 01/31/2025, I have not heard anything back from the company, I have not received the correct sized pair of pants I ordered or instructions as to how I may obtain the correct pair, nor have I received the blue pair I ordered.

      To Whom This May Concern,

      New York & Company indicated that this was the first time they had heard anything from me regarding this situation.  I sent them a copy of the original request/order, and all previous correspondences.   I had also requested to send the incorrect pair back but they indicated that it was past the time of contacting them (which was not true). I also sent them a request for the original 2 pair of pants (the missing pair and the pair they sent that is a size 0).  I offered/asked to take the lower size in the incorrect size as I found it noted on their website.  However, the situation has not been resolved as of yet.

      I ordered several pieces of clothing and never received my order. When the delivery driver took the picture it was of him behind the wheel of the truck. I filed a complaint and nothing came of it, but they still want their money so I started paying on it and then they started hitting me with late fees because I didnt believe I needed to pay it and now I dont want to pay it at all because it was only $50 out of $170 worth of merchandise that I never received, but I still have to pay for it. I tried talking to them about it and even after I paid most of it they still dont want to take the loss even though Imtaking a loss.

      My initial email (11/18/2024):"I'm reaching out about Order No. ********* specifically the third shipment of this order (tracking number ******************). The order was placed on September 20th but the third shipment wasn't sent out until a month later. The package was sent to an address at which I no longer live - ******************************** -- and was not forwarded to my new address by ****. I have worked with them to retrieve the package but haven't had any luck in doing so. Could the items be reshipped to my current address below? My current address (as of Oct 14th):*************************************"The package was sent back to New York & Company from the post office and was delivered on December 5th. I still haven't received a refund for this nor a reship, and have been getting the run around with each email.

      I placed an order with this company on 12/24/24. The package was delivered on 1/13/25 to an address that isn't mine. I immediately emailed the company at ******************************* and received a response back that I needed to file a claim with **** The package was delivered to **************************************************************************************************. I live at ******************************************* *** ** ************* ** *****. I have no idea how the incorrect address was associated with my order. I have followed up with the company via email and phone calls(only choice is to leave a voicemail). My order ******** totaled $89.17. My request is for a refund or replacement items and ************* have yet to respond. The investigation was closed with Proof of delivery which is still the incorrect address. Not mine which is *************************** ****************************************. Not the address the purchase was delivered to.

      I ordered a pair of boots online that were never delivered. I have reached out to New York and Company help center. They responded the boots were delivered, I corresponded with supporting evidence that they were not. They told me they were investigating. This has been 3 weeks ago. They no longer repond to any of my emails. I checked their reviews online and this is a pattern for them with their customers. I don't feel a ********************** should be able to treat their customers like that. It is unfair to the consumer.

      I was in contact with a supposed Executive employee via email in regards to a package I received. It was destroyed. I sent pictures as proof. We agreed for full refund. I sent item back and tracking stated they received item on Jan 9th. Iit's been weeks without any contact or refund. I tried contacting this supposed employee back, and email is full. I cannot get a human to talk on the help phone number. I just want my money back for the agreed full refund. I want full refund of item on top of the shipping charges I was told I had to do in order to even send the item back.

      I purchased four pairs of jeans from ************************ I shipped three of them back and paid for shipping myself and had tracking included. The returns were delivered on December 7th, 2023. I have constantly emailed and called to get my returns refunded, but they have yet to do so.
