      I placed an order 11/18 and still not have received it. I have sent numerous emails to check status and have received responses that it is being looked into, but nothing yet. It doesnt even appear that the carrier has yet to receive the order to deliver. I am thinking it is lost in the warehouse.

      On 11/25/2024, I ordered a dress in a size small from New York and Company and paid for expedited shipping (delivery was supposed to be 12/3/2024). My order arrived on 12/6/2024 and was the wrong item and wrong size. I have attempted to call New York and Company's phone number ***************) dozens of times but can never reach a representative. I have left voicemails and also sent multiple emails to the address on their website ********************************** I have received no response. I want a full refund on both the item and the shipping as it was the wrong item that was delivered but have been unsuccessful at reaching anyone within the company after 10 days and numerous attempts.

      I have returned the wrong item given the shipping label that was emailed to me. It was received on Jan 6, but a refund has still not been issued as of Jan 14.

      I have a New York and Company gift card with a credit of 75 dollars. I tried to use the gift card to make a purchase online and the gift card wont work. I called the number on the back of the gift card and confirmed that the gift card was active and still had the credit on it. They gave me the number to call customer service. When I called the customer service number it instructs you to leave a message. I opted to email them instead, which I did twice, to get help with the gift card. I never received a confirmation email that they received my email. I havent heard anything back. I would love to be able to use my gift card.

      Placed 2 separate orders for $250 each 1st order was placed 11/23 2nd order placed 11/29. 10 days later still hadnt received the 1st order contacted company they state it was delivered on 12/3 but the label was created on 12/1 it still states that *** has not received my package. They claim it was sent **** I never received that info and never received my package. None of the phone numbers for this business gets u an actual person and one brings you to a scam for a gift card. The email they provide is a joke they respond with generic responses . I told them I never received my package and nothing was done to rectify that! Then sent another email in regards to my 2nd order that I still havent received still shows confirmed but not shipped!! I think this company is ripping people off ! Never sending orders out and never fixing any issues or problems with the orders because there is no one to talk to! Im just supposed to wait around for a response with my issues not handled? This company is a joke! I want my orders or my money back!!!

      I placed an order and added expedited shipping cost on November 24, 2024. I have yet to receive any updates on the order. I have contacted the 'Help' email to which all they have said is they apologize for the delay, yet my money was taken.

      Placed an order for 1 sweater and 1 pair of pants on November 23, 2024. As of December 8, 2024 the order has still not been shipped. I was charged for the order but was randomly refunded $18.99 today for the pants. I am requesting a refund for the sweater as well in the amount of $26.99. I have been in contact with customer service via email and was told by the business that they were working on getting my order shipped. But it is completely unacceptable that this order did not ship yet. Based on other customer reviews across the internet and due to my own experience, it seems like New York and Company is now a scam business and need to be shut down asap. Please refund me for the additional $26.99 as I no longer need these items and do not want to go through the trouble to trying to return them later on if they do not fit or if I'm unhappy with the quality.

      I purchased clothes from this store online. When I purchased my items, it did not state final sale. When I finally received my clothes the dress I purchased is way too big! The size that was listed on website is inaccurate.When I requested a return to exchange for a smaller size, it stated I could not return itThats not fair because when I purchased the item, it did not say final sale! Please review photo attached.I paid a lot of money for this dress and Im not HAPPY!

      At the begin of November 2024 I placed an order with ************* (online). The order number was ********. I ordered the Poplin Polka Dot Shirt Dress and the Geometric Puff Sleeve Poplin Dress (qty 1 of each dress). A few days after receipt of the items, I returned the two dresses with original tags on the dresses (per return policy). Its been over 10 business days from date of receipt that NY&C received the returned dresses and they still have yet to give me a credit for both items. Ive emailed them repeatedly, left several voicemail messages, and even called their customer service **** (at *************** and was hung up on by a manager. Online customer service last responded on to one of my emails on 11/14/24 telling me my credit will be processed as soon as possible. However, Im still waiting and no one wants to call me back or answer my emails to provide status of my refund credit.

      Order placed on 11/10/24. *** tracking shows that the package was left in the busy hallway of my NYC apartment building rather than left in the mailbox or package locker. Package was gone by the time I arrived home. I have a standing request that filed for *** not leave packages at my door for this very reason. This company seems to use a cheaper shipping option that makes *** more careless. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE ON THE WEBSITE. There is just an email address ******************************** I emailed on 11/24/2024 about the issue requesting replacement or refund but have not received an answer. I can see through my email tracking that my email was READ AND IGNORED.

      I ordered 3 pairs of shoes which are size 8 in september from New York & Company on September 13th, 2024. When I received my order 2 pairs of the shoes were NOT size 8 (And these shoes in question are the exact same but different colors). I took pictures and sent videos to them about the issue. I even requested an exchange and they barely respond to emails. Eventually they asked me to send them measurements of the shoes. I asked them to contact their employees to get the measurements. That was the final straw. I already sent them the pictures and videos as proof. I have requested a refund and they have not responded. It has been a back and forth and this has been going on since September. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM NEW YORK AND COMPANY. At this point, I just want my money back.
