      I placed an order with New York and Company on Saturday August 11, 2024 order number -order number ********. On August 15th I received some of the items and sent an email stating that I only received some of the items and inquired about the remainder of the items I order. I then received another package of August 24, 2024 but was still missing 8 items. I sent an email to New York and Company and we have been in communication. They finally emailed me on October 15, 2024 noting they have requested a refund since then I have been contacting them to follow up on my refund and have not received a reply or the ********* provide further context:The items I received are: Fashion To Figure - Contrast Bodycon Sweater Dress, Curvy High-Rise Skinny Jeans -Blue, Curvy High-Rise Skinny Jeans- black, Women's ***** Flat Sandal - Wide Width Slide Sandals -silver, Women's ****** Ballet Flat - Wide Width Ballet Flats - ****, Women's ****** Ballet Flat - Wide Width Ballet Flats- green, Crew Neck Houndstooth Check Sweater Dress - black, Long Sleeve Corset Waist Jumpsuit - red, Sleeveless Pearl ****** Mini Dress - coral.Items I received credit for as New york and company noted they did not have the items are: Single Breasted Boucle Tweed Jacket - red and Single Breasted Boucle Tweed Jacket - navy.Items that are missing that I have not received or have not received any communication or credit for are: Women's **** Slide Slippers -burgundy, Women's *********************** black size 8, Women's ********************* black size 7, Women's Uproar Wedge Sandals - neon pink 2 pairs both size 7, Women's Uproar Wedge Sandals - light blue.

      I purchased an order with this company, and the order was never shipped or delivered. I contacted them, but kept hearing that they were looking into it, and never received a refund. By the time I reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge, it was too late for them to do a dispute.

      I made an online purchase 12/4/2024, I wanted to return the purchase and was directed to their website. Their return portal was down so I emailed multiple times and was told they are working on it. The receipt I got in the package shows there is supposed to be a return label but it was not *********** I checked the website and it says all sales are final. I specifically checked the policy before purchase. I want my money back.

      Hello,I have two orders that are incomplete and items were missing when they were delivered to my home.First order placed on November 14, 2024. I am missing item: Aakaa Sleveless Tie-back midi dress brands we love, medium/light grey Second order placed on November 20, 2024. I am missing item: High-waisted flare pant premium stretch size 4/***** red Ive reached out numerous times to ******************************* and they are refusing to refund my money or provide missing items. They do not have a customer service phone number or any other way to contact them only email. Emails to attempt to resolve issue were on 12-3-24, 12-7-24, 12-9-24, 12-10-24, 12-12-24, 12-16-24, 12-17-24,12-18-24, 12-23-24, 12-30-24, 1-5-25, 1-7-25 They have yet resolved the issue and its been over a month. Orders were place November 14 and November 20 of 2024. They have failed to provide merchandise that was charged to my account.

      I ordered back in November requested refund prior to their return policy changing and they have not responded to my email since I sent them the pictures they requested. I ordered petite leggings and they sent me tall. I requested to also return the boots I ordered because they come to my upper thigh. I just want my money back. So disappointed in the service thay has been provided.

      Complaint seeking resolution for reimbursement from ************ LLC, ****************************** Reached out to ******************************* initially about a price adjustment and was promised the difference after the order was fulfilled. I also paid $9.99 for expedited shipping to receive my order between Dec *****. The order was delivered much later (Dec 17). After I realized I would not receive the order on time (needed it for the 14th), I reached out to resolve the matter says with their CS but was unsuccessful. I also was not given the difference promised by their team for the price adjustment.Shipping and price adjustment plus tax - $28.18 I realized I am not the only person who has had an issue that leads to questioning the ethics of this companys practices. If you are able to, please look into ************ LLC, which seems to be leading consumers with the impression that they are the same New York & Company that operated out of *** and had retail locations nationwide.

      I placed an order with New York & Company on 12/15/2024. I received the order and immediately tried on the items. Some of the items did not work and I went to the returns page on the website. It said the page was down and to email them for assistance with returns. I did that and they never assisted me and have stalled for long enough to now have updated their returns page stating they don't accept returns. See the emails attached showing they stated their returns page was not functioning and they would assist me with my return as soon as they could repeatedly but never did. They now are not responding to any of my emails. This company is a scam.

      I ordered around $87 of clothing from them on 12/23/24. I paid $9.99 for expedited shipping which promised to get my items to me by 12/31/24. I paid that as I wanted for my vacation. I wouldn't have paid the money if they hadn't guaranteed the delivery date. I would have waited for free delivery. They also promised to send an email when they shipped my package listing what was sent. That was never done. They never bothered to even create a shopping label until 12/27, and the announced shipping date is 1/3/25 at 9pm. My office building is closed them, so either they leave it then and it gets stolen as this is a ********** are where packages get stolen or it won't arrive or may never arrive as I leave on vacation on 14/25 for 5 weeks. They have refused to refund the contracted fast shipping fee.

      Good afternoon and Happy Holiday I am writing to you because I tried contacting the company and they declined my request. Below is a summary of the issue....I have a credit card from New York and Company called "Runwayrewards Credit Card". On my account profile I had an email address which was **************************** and we were not getting any physical statements at my home address or in the above email address, as a result I missed making a payment to the card and it reflected on my credit report. I sent the company messages through my online account with them and they declined my request to remove that delinquent status from my credit report. In addition they stated that I was not eligible for a "Goodwill consideration" and I do not know that that means. I am certain that they have not made that known to their customers.If I am not getting statements, how will I know when if any is my payments due. Even after I changed my email address with them to ************************** I was still not getting their statements and they could not tell me why that was. For both the email addresses I was receiving other emails and even checked my SPAM folder, and still did not see anything from them. I do not know why they are unwilling to correct something when it was not my fault. Hence I am reaching out to you for a resolution. All I am asking is to correct my record for that one month delinquency.Thank you ******** *****

      I purchased 3 items on November 2nd 2024. Order number ******** When I received my package 2 out of three items I ordered was there and one that I did not. My account shows three items I wanted AND PAID for. The 3rd item clearly was an error. I proceeded to deal with several emails back and forth between the customer service department and concluded that they would email a return label; for me to send back the wrong item and they would send me the correct item that I had already paid full and never received. Fast forward to them receiving the wrong item back, they prepared, for the second time, the item I paid for.On Tuesday November 26th, 2024 in my account it shows the item was being sent. Order number **************.I was explained to that I would be be charged for additional shipping, or restocking fees or for anything due to the fact that it was not my fault and the company would take care of it, which I was still charged tax, which I shouldnt have to pay, but I did anyways.Mid December 2024 I received my new package only to find the exact item I had sent back initially. I emailed them, bc they have no contact number, and they are attempting to process the item as a refund and re taking $9.95 as a restocking fee, which I am not paying for there mistake. When I email them explaining that they reply with the same copy me pasted messaged. I paid a company my money for a pair of jeans; I have NEVER once received it item it shows I paid for. No one in that company will proper listen. I need some action taken in order to get what I am duel owed.

      They went  ahead and merely returned my jeans and at this rate Im fine with bc Im really over it, however they want there blouse back .. okay fine however, they will not send me a free shipping label. They are showing that I have to pay the 9.95 shipping cost. So they want me to pay for shipping me the wrong item? No, no no its the companies responsibility.
