      BEWARE: Terrible customer service!!! I signed up for a trial membership a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, I had login errors and my membership was inaccessible. As a result, I was unable to use the service during that time. When I phoned to a customer service representative, they were unwilling to work with me to resolve my issue. My hope was to have the portion of the month I was unable to access be refunded and/or continue to try the service beginning on the date that the login issue was resolved. I was still willing to give the service a try. Instead the representative refused and usggested I cancel (but they would still keep my $160+ for a service I never got to try!!) ... I can only imagine how they handle other honest issues that *** arise. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS SERVICE!!

      DO NOT use this service. I rented for 3 separate events through Rent the Runway, months in advance. Right before my first order, I received an email that one of the size options for a rental was out and had to be replaced. It was fine, the other size worked. However, this and their odd rental window gave me pause so I decided to cancel the other 2 orders.I contacted their customer service in a chat two times. They were able to cancel one order but then declared the other was giving them a "glitch in their system" and they needed the finance department to look at it and I'd hear back. I did not hear back within the mentioned time frame, so I reached out. Probably 10 emails later, even after sending them a full work-up of the math and what they owed me, they had declared I received my refund (I did not) and everything was fine. I had to send them screenshots of the original order cost and what they had refunded before they finally gave me the full refund. A complete waste of my time.I forgot about this until I get an email notification that my order shipped (!!) WHAT ORDER? I email them back that I had cancelled all my orders with them and they said they'd reroute the package, another GLITCH in their system! Shocking!Next day, it's too late to reroute! Return the order within 48 hours! Absolutely ridiculous to impose this time limit when this was their mistake and I am preparing to leave for a trip shortly. I will NEVER use this company again and, if I can, I will be deleting my account.

      *DO NOT USE THEM!* CHARGED ME $1270 IN ADDITION TO A $65.18 LATE FEE because they marketed in a deceptive way!!! They charged for a membership that read "up to 8 items. $100 for 2 months". What they meant to say is "100/month for 2 months" (which they've now updated, but the 4 items still read "$69 for 2 months) I have screenshots for proof) I payed for that membership (on may 28th) and then canceled it thinking my one payment of $100 would last 2 months (til July 28th). Because they ACTUALLY meant, $100/month for 2 months, they canceled my membership a month early on June 28th. They sent me a few messages telling me that I needed to return the items, BUT since signing up, I received 50+ marketing emails from RTR that I kept trying to unsubscribe from (I have pics of these too!) and these 'warning' emails literally got lost in the spam. They spam you so hard you stop paying attention to their emails, and I obviously didn't think there was anything I needed to be alerted of since I was under the assumption I had until July 28th to return my clothes. A week after I returned the clothes, I checked my bank statement and saw a charge for over $1000! When I reached out, they first said they couldn't find my emails. Then they said they couldn't track the items. Finally, I called and their customer service told me that the items had reached their warehouse. They tried to refund me the money in RTR credit and I politely asked that it was an innocent misunderstanding and A LOT of money and pleaded they give me my money back. They finally agreed to give me 600 in credit and 600 back to my card. and no refund of the late fee. I even asked if they could just retroactively charge me for another month, then all of this would be okay, and they refused. This company is SUPER sketchy! DON'T GO THROUGH THEM!
