      This Company is Awful! You cannot cancel your subscription. They will not accept any emails to cancel and there is not a phone number. DO not get scammed with this company.

      consistently takes over 14 days from the time I am billed to the time I receive my product. I purchased the subscription for this product months ago because of the discount that they were offering at the time. Without any notice, they decreased the amount of my discount. When I brought it to their attention, they said it was so they could improve their products.... I told them that no notice of my discount changing was given. They told me that IT sent out a mass email. I told them I checked my junk email, spam folder, etc, and that no such letter/email was received. I requested their terms of service and a copy of the email they sent me with a timestamp. I've been waiting several weeks now with no response. This company is deceitful, operates in bad faith, has a hard time of meeting deadlines, and falls well short of expectations. Their product itself isn't bad, but has been greatly overshadowed by their customer service. Anyone who wants to try this company's products would be better served just going through ******.

      They didn't send my orders for April and May which was 4 colognes. I called in June they said it was a mistake on their end and that they'll send those orders...I got 3 out of 4. I then cancel my subscription a week later this morning I get a email around 1:30 am stating that my subscription has been cancelled. 5 hours later around 6:50 am I'm charged $42 by scentbird and now they won't respond back. Totally unprofessional and BAD BUSINESS.

      They have not canceled my membership after I've I've asked numerous times. They keep charging me and refuse to answer to support emails. I wished I would have checked this site before signing up as I see they have an F rating.

      This company is a total scam! Warning before you start a subscription with them. There is no customer service number, no matter how many times you request to cancel the subscription you will in the end need to contact your financial institution and have their transactions blocked because they will continue to bill you regardless!

      Saw they were running a promo and decided to get it a shot. However, within mins started seeing all the negative reviews. I decided to play it safe and tried to cancel. The customer service with submitting a ticket should be a red flag. I tried to request a refund since the order did not ship. This was all less than thirty minutes and they are still refusing to issue a refund. I can understand if the order was shipped but literally this was all under 30 mins. Getting a refund shouldnt be that big of an issue.

      Id give 0 stars if it was an option. I broke my foot and have been out of work UNPAID. I had numerous emails stating the my subscription was paused, which is what I needed. I left my card unlocked for less than 24hrs and the decided to charge me at *** and restarted my subscription?! I emailed to have it completely cancelled and get a refund. They have refused to refund me. What makes matters worse, I even explained to them I DONT LIVE AT THE ADDRESS ITS EVEN BEING SHIPPED TO ANYMORE! They still refuse to refund. Disputing with my bank to get my money back as this charge also caused an overdraft charge to my bank account.

      I was kindly given a free sample of a cologne from my girlfriend from Scentbird which all I had to do was pay the $3 shipping. Well next thing I know I'm being charged $28.57 for something I absolutely did not authorize. It was for some dumb subscription that I was unaware of.

      We have tried 5 seperate times to cancel our subscription. We have resorted to calling our bank to blacklist the company and charges. The prices have also doubled. We have emailed , as well as sent proof of attempted cancellation to the company's social media accounts. No response. Do not buy from this company.
