      They didnt contact me about a change in my subscription resulting in my box being shipped to an incorrect address. They said they dont accept returns or issue refunds. I contacted them well before the box shipped but their customer service is horrible. They also require you to email customer service to cancel your subscription fully. All in all very slimy and scammy.

      I was excited to try new scents for 8$ a month..first one came smelled lovely, 10 min later GONE..NO SCENT..2ND Scent came, lovely aroma, 10 min GONE...I WAS ALSO CHARGED $18. NOT $8..and I'm sure this is not "perfume" but a cheap watered down version..So disappointed. I want to cancel my membership but can't seem to figure how? I DO NOT WANT ANYMORE PRODUCT FROM SCENT BIRD AND SHOULD Receive A REFUND FOR MY LAST PURCHASE..OR AT LEAST $10 BACK. I DIDNT KNOW this was Not Perfume and they are now charging 2x+ inferior product

      I wrote them an email 2 months ago to cancel my subscription because the pricing changed without my knowledge and still no response and they still taking my money

      Followed steps to cancel service, used it fir a while but the quality has gone downhill. Submitted the loopholes process of canceling the subscription to find I was billed again. Sent an email to the support team to find out that because I didnt jump through another hoop "a survey" my subscription was continued after I requested to cancel 2 months prior. Not only is this wrong and bad business, as of October 2024 its illegal via the click to cancel rule.

You automatically get a link that gets you to the cancellation page on the website.       I didn't even know what Scentbird was until fraudulent charges kept showing up on my credit card. I have never seen an ad for this company, let alone placed an order. I have had to replace my credit card 3 times because of recurring fraudulent charges. When I reached out to Scentbird customer service, they said they could not find an account and to contact my bank. Either this company is a scam, or they do not have a handle on their data security - either way, zero stars.

      This company is fraudulent. I've cancelled my membership and canceled my account three times. They keep charging my account. This is a very bad business and should be put out of business.

      I have never signed up for scentbird to receive any products whatsoever. They reached me via whatsapp and as soon as I messaged back who is this? It was too late. They signed me up already. They got my fullname-date of birth-email address by hacking my phone. This happened in September, four months now, I received samples of colognes. I tried calling, sending emails to cancel it but no luck, cant reach anyone. Also, I was able to login to my account on their website and searched for order history, it shows all the cologne bottles they say they sent to me but all I received was samples. Another thing I noticed was the payment method, its been paid by a discover card but I dont own any discover card. So overall, they are big time scammers and I dont know how I am going to get rid of them!

      I subscribed to this ScentBird company and received pricey perfume samples. When I opted to Unsubscribe, which Ive done 5 times now, they continue mailing me more and billing my credit card. I write Refused Return to Sender on the unopened packages, yet the insanity continues. Now Im changing my credit card number to be done with these scammers.
