I placed an order with TeePublic on May 26, 2025, spending $177.08 for six shirts (Order #********).Over a month later, Ive only received two shirts. The other four? Still missing.Ive contacted customer service multiple times through email, ********, and Instagram. Ive received three replies, each one asking me to confirm my address. Ive done that every timepromptlyand then I hear nothing. No tracking number. No refund. No resolution.This isnt a one-time issue. Since March, *** spent $548 with TeePublic and no problem on the others. Ive been a good customer, and Im shocked by their lack of response. On 6-10-25 I ordered 3 shirts from TeePublic. I specifically ordered the premium select shirts due to their softness and slim type fit. The shirts I received are boxy cut and the cotton is has a hard poor quality feeling. Thinking that TeePublic made a mistake with the shirt quality option I selected, I reached out to customer support for help. I was told that there was a quality change (that is not posted anywhere on the site or in the *** on the site) that explained this change. The only reason I buy shirts from TeePublic is because of the soft feel and fit. Since online support explained that these are no longer available I will no longer shop at TeePublic. Support has only offered an exchange which will not help in this situation. I would like a full refund of this order.Order number - ********Business Response

I ordered a tee shirt as a gift on 5/5/25 and paid $19.99 for expedited shipping because I needed it to be delivered by 5/8/25 for a concert. On 5/6/25 I received an email telling me it would not be delivered until 5/10/25 which would be too late so I immediately contacted them to cancel and refund my money or if it could not be stopped, at least refund the ridiculous amount of $19.99 for express shipping since it would not be received in time for my granddaughters concert. The 2nd email they sent they lied and said I did NOT PLACE THE ORDER WITH EXPIDITED SHIPPING until I sent them proof of their own email with all the order information in writing. Contacting them became h*** as their Chat never worked and was Always CLOSED no matter what time of day it was . The back and forth emails always had wrong information, including using my son's name (guess they got it from an old order?) who had nothing to do with this order (different shipping and billing names and addresses. Now they claim it was delivered on 5/10/25 a Saturday when it was actually received on Sunday 5/11 and the best they can do is exchange it WHICH I NEVER ask them to do and makes no sense. This is not acceptable and I would like to receive the So Called "Expedited shipping" fee refunded.Business Response

The TeePublic website says package was delivered on5/6/2025 and left by the **** at /in my mailbox. When I returned home there was no package to be found. Looked in bushes, my yard and with my neighbors. Nothing! I keep getting the same reply message from them every time I'd inquire about what can be done to rectify the situation. I just want a refund or replacement. Also never saw a screen when ordering the product that asked for special delivery options cause I would have never had them leave it at my mailbox.Business Response

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a complaint against TeePublic, a print-on-demand platform, for its unfair seller categorization system and unprofessional customer ****************************** places sellers into two categories: "Artisan" and "Apprentice." ******* sellers have full search visibility, while Apprentice sellers are nearly invisible, as their designs only appear if someone visits their storefront directly. This makes it almost impossible for "Apprentice" sellers to generate sales.I have opened three separate accounts on **********************, each time uploading high-quality, original designs. Yet, within one to two days, I was automatically downgraded to "Apprentice" without explanation. TeePublic offers no clear criteria or opportunity to move up.Additionally, many long-time "Artisan" sellerssome active for one to three yearshave been suddenly downgraded to "Apprentice" without warning. Sellers on Reddit and other forums have reported losing their visibility overnight, impacting their income with no justification or appeal process.When sellers contact TeePublic for an explanation, customer support is rude and dismissive. Instead of providing a reason, they ignore concerns and show no regard for how these decisions affect sellers' businesses.I urge the BBB to investigate TeePublic's unfair classification process and lack of transparency. I ordered multiple hoodies and they all arrived with various issues. Mainly, the graphics on all of them were screenprinted on (and poor quality, I might addalready flaking) when the TeePublic website clearly says (and they confirmed to me via email) that graphics are DTG printed. Additionally, the garments themselves are terrible quality. Their email response to me was all over the place, offering free t-shirts (??? I ordered hoodies), telling me some image file was missing, and that one of the images was distressed as the reason for poor printing (it wasnt, just the printing quality was garbage). Overall ridiculous and dismissive. Terrible quality products and even worse customer service.Business Response

This so ridiculous. I should not have to file a complaint on a company whose guarantee is obviously **. Seriously, like over just 20 bucks they want to be jerks. I ordered a tee, the slogan on it was incorrect making it impossible to wear in public lest I be laughed at for being stupid. It read, "La Viva Revolution." Wrong! The slogan is actually ,"Viva La Revolution." They claim since all the tee shirts had the incorrect slogan - too bad so sad. How the heck is it my problem the printer didn't bother to verify the accuracy of what they printed. That's not on me! Thank you for your help. I guess they are just a ***** **** scam company, but I'd like my money back. I'll be happy to return the tee so they can use it for rag.Business Response

I bought an item that was to be a gift from this company. They guarantee delivery before Christmas (or at least before 12/26) Item was shipped on 12/16 with a scheduled delivery date of 12/20. The delivery date changes on 12/20 to 12/21, and then 12/22, and now 12/23. The issue is that the items tracking shows that its at a local facility. However **** and *** both claim they do not have the package, that it was not on the shipment that was scanned. So the items was either never sent, lost or stolen. I cant get anyone from the company that sold me the item to assist in any way and at this point Im seeking a full refund as the item was intended to be a gift, and based off of their promise to deliver on time they have falsely advertised something that they are not willing to honor. I have sent several inquiries to them about next steps as far as a refund and Im now being completely ignoredBusiness Response
