I bought an item that was to be a gift from this company. They guarantee delivery before Christmas (or at least before 12/26) Item was shipped on 12/16 with a scheduled delivery date of 12/20. The delivery date changes on 12/20 to 12/21, and then 12/22, and now 12/23. The issue is that the items tracking shows that its at a local facility. However **** and *** both claim they do not have the package, that it was not on the shipment that was scanned. So the items was either never sent, lost or stolen. I cant get anyone from the company that sold me the item to assist in any way and at this point Im seeking a full refund as the item was intended to be a gift, and based off of their promise to deliver on time they have falsely advertised something that they are not willing to honor. I have sent several inquiries to them about next steps as far as a refund and Im now being completely ignoredBusiness Response

the shirts from my order are total trash, they supposedly have a guarantee that if you arent happy with your order they will fix it. i have emailed them multiple times telling them i am not happy with my order that the quality is trash and they will not give me a refund. i want my money back and to send them their trash quality shirts back.Business Response

I placed an order on Nov. 18. I did so via this US company to avoid Canadian postage as Canada Post is on strike. Two days after this purchase was processed I was provided a tracking number from ***********. I immediately requested TeePublic either provide alternate shipping or cancel my order and refund my money as they will not meet their guaranteed shipping window on their website of 8-10 days or before Christmas and they did not indicate a Canada Post was to be used here. They sent me an FAQ after the fact that was not shown via their website warning of their choice to continue with this courier at the point of sale.They repeatedly told me that I would have to wait for the package to arrive to make arrangements to send it back for a refund when the items have not shipped according to their website and ***********'s website which only shows a label was requested. After repeated attempts to cancel this order they then sent me an email stating they'd send via another courier, even though their excuse was they already sent the shipment so they couldn't refund my money and cancel the order. It's now been another week and I still haven't received the items or any proof of an updated courier and they've stopped replying to my emails. To add further frustration to this matter, I noticed the domain of their customer service email was slightly different than their website. I Googled the domain to learn its' an AI based customer service platform and I've likely been interacting with software providing canned responses. I just want my money back. I've also filed a dispute via my Bank on this matter. I will supply screenshots showing the current status of my order via their website and Canada Posts as of today verifying nothing is in transit and they refuse to cancel this order and provide a refund still.I also have the entire email exchange showing the contradiction on the status of my order if needed. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:My items did show up but they still never supplied any tracking info as promised or replied to my emails asking for said promised tracking info. The sweaters just showed up on my doorstep a week late and I had already gone out and purchased replacement gifts because this company stopped replying to my requests for further information. This does not resolve my main issue here in which they refused to cancel my order two days after it was placed and before it shipped and lied to me when they claimed they couldnt issue my refund and cancel my order because it was in transit. It clearly wasnt as they sent it a week later with another courier and it seemed like I was stuck in an endless automated response loop because the emails I did receive back didnt address my questions. I would like to be compensated here.

Placed an order yesterday for two tee shirts. Received an order status link. In the link it clearly states prices in CDN $. Upon checking my credit card I have been billed in US $. When I contacted them they said it was placed in ** $ and there is nothing to be done. even though at the bottom of the screen my preference is Cdn $.Also, their website CLEARLY states shipping is NOT through Canada Post (we are having a strike). When I chatted to confirm I was told that is incorrect and it IS through *****************. Again, too bad for me. So my order will be lost in limbo, if it ever arrives at all.Business Response

Though it was sent by a courier the courier was less than professional. After buzzing him into the building and explaining I needed him to deliver to my door (as clearly stated on delivery order) due to my mobility disability he tossed it into the lobby and left. When I found a neighbour to go down to get it he couldnt find it. Seemed like someone else picked it up. After PAYING landlord to have the lobby camera video viewed it was determined who picked up the order. Had this not occurred the item would have been stolen. Now I am out even more $$$. Will never order from them again.

Purchase of 3 hoodies on Oct. 28th for $114. The print on the hoodies was significantly smaller than shown on the website images, and significantly smaller than it's been on previous purchases of the same hoodie with the same designs. On one of the hoodies, the print was not centered. Reached out to company to settle complaint, to get them re-printed with the design being correctly sized to the garment. Sent photos of hoodies to show the issues. As per their "The TeePublic GuaranTee" that states: "...we want to make sure you are 100% happy - nay, thrilled - with your product once it arrives. If there is something wrong, well make it right. Its that simple." Their customer service *** sent a message to say "I can confirm that this design did print as expected, but you may not have noticed this note on the hoodie product page: "Design may print smaller than displayed to avoid printing onto the pocket." Any ***rint of this design on a hoodie will come out exactly the same." But since I've ordered this exact same design on the exact same hoodie, I know that the print is, in fact, undersized for the garment. I asking that the company address the issue by properly scaling the design to fit the size of the garment. If not, then the company should show a realistic ***resentation of the size of the design on different-sized garments. If they're not going to properly scale a design to fit the garment, then that should be shown on the site. The images are misleading. Their "The TeePublic GuaranTee" is misleading as they did not 'make it right' by re-printing the hoodies I ordered.Business Response

In reference to complaint ID ********, TeePublic issued a refund for my purchase. While this does resolve the financial aspect of this complaint, I strongly recommend that TeePublic provide a more accurate/realistic representation of how a design will look on a garment, especially when they're printed on sizes XL, XXL, and XXXL. The images used to show 'how it will look' are misleading, as you can see in the comparison photos of the site's thumnail of the garment and the actual garment. Having a more realistic product image will prevent future customers from experiencing dissatisfaction with their purchase and feeling frustrated with TeePublic.

I placed an order for 2 t-shirts on 8/31. Firstly, only one of the two shirts arrived on 9/7 and the second still hadn't even been shipped until yesterday, 9/10. I have not received the other half of my order yet.That is not my main issue. The print on the first shirt that I received had absolutely horrendous quality. The entire design had fibers of the t-shirt poking out that makes the design look like it has white speckles all over it. It had also already started peeling in places. Supposedly each shirt goes through quality control before shipping, but there's no way someone should've approved this. I have never seen a print so poor from an otherwise reputable business.I contacted customer support on Sunday 9/8 and have waited 3 business days for a response. There is a chat system that says you can be helped there, but no matter what time of day, the chat system says that the business is closed.I haven't heard a peep since I requested assistance on this issue and am coming here with hopes of a resolution. If there is a constant many days long backlog of customer service requests as evidenced by the responses by Teepublic to complaints below, that indicates a bigger problem with the business.Business Response
