    Caution: Deceptive Practice. They promise "special trips" when inquiring about their subscription/membership program. When, in fact, there are no special deals. I was charged $40 for their annual membership. I tried to cancel the subscription and was told that there was no way to cancel this membership after the free/trial. I called Travelzoo customer service and elevated the issue to a manager/supervisor. They were rude when I requested a refund. I asked them to check the program to see if I had used it, as I hadn't, and they refused the refund/cancellation. BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!

    I have been a member for 6 years. It was always free, but 2025 they began charging an annual fee. I purchased my first voucher of the year, and immediately had problems as the business was not able to offer all the amenities listed. I requested a refund because the business could not provide he experience I paid for. Though past the refund date, advertising amenities not available should definitely result in a refund. All management has refused refund and I will be having a lawyer send false advertising and false business practice proceedings to Travelzoo. Im beyond disgusted.

    WOULD NOT USE THEM, better deals elsewhere with better customer service. Very Ambiguous terms and the read cancellation policy carefully .Will not refund money or give a credit to use elsewhere.Travelzoo states 14 days refund unless made a reservation, then due to hotels policy.hotel policy state cancellation with no penalty if cancel 7 days prior. cancelled 2 months before, ************ contact Travelzoo for refund. Travelzoo states past 14 days so no refund. First they tell me hotel already got the money but later a Supervisor states Travelzoo has the money and Voucher still good but have to use at same hotel, no Credit to use on an other Travelzoo deal. So stuck going to same place even though they have the money

    I felt pampered and completely relaxed. The champagne was light, dry, and paired beautifully with the macarons, petit fours, or fruit. I arrived early to relax, toast, and to use the steam spa. I do have to give ******* a shout out for one of the best massages, especially on the lower back and neck, which alleviated the discomfort I usually experience. Thank you for the entire experience!

    We live in ************ and have visited many wineries over the years. We had not been to Benziger before and found it to be an exceptionally beautiful property and quite distinct due to its biodynamic practices and gorgeous location. Our tour was led by **** who was especially good at providing a great deal of interesting information without a bit of the pomposity that one sometimes gets in tasting rooms. The tour, tasting ( wines are a little pricey but excellent), and bottles of wine included in the Travelzoo voucher made this a very good deal. Although its a bit of a drive ( through gorgeous countryside), I highly recommend.
