    Great service and great food !
    Chilaquiles and eggs Benedict were awesome !!!
    Definitely go on the weekend and get the three course brunch menu.
    Our waiter very friendly and provided great service !

    This company is standing behind the claim of being a third party with no accountability for who they promote. Im currently on the most expensive trip of my life (7th day out of 10) in ********** with my husband and three teenagers, and it has been pure h*** ********** I used to booked through travelzoo is travel by ***. They are falsely advertising the places, even sending false ratings (stated places were four star when they are in fact three), not mentioning any of the detriments of the trip that you could only know if youve been to a place before and should ABSOLUTELY be made aware of by the agency who knows of these possible dangers, and my favorite is the quote on travelzoo saying they dont promote anything they wouldnt book themselves. I wish I could have brought them along on my family trip to **********. It feels like I am on survivor, and I assure you they wouldnt even get paid to be on this experience let alone pay to be on it like I did. From the time we landed, getting my rental where the company stated they never got paid and charging me double on the spot to leave and stating they never received the request for the extra day that I needed to add due to my flight times changing and didnt have the availability to let me keep the car, to the country itself being a disaster, it has been pure h*** I am very easy to please when it comes to travel, but this has been so bad that my family of five considered spending an additional $2k half way through our trip to get us out of here on earlier flights, and the only reason we didnt is because the roads here are so dangerous and backed up that we may not have made it to the airport on time. This website is run by thieves with no remorse for promoting s***** companies. Be advised, DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRAVELZOO.

    The ** Chicago is a fantastic hotel that is well-located to see and do everything in *******. There's a Trader ***** right around the corner and an *** theater one block away. The room is quite large, with lots of room to move around. We stayed in the room that also had a sofa, which made the room even more comfortable for us. The bathroom was well-appointed but rather small, and it has a frosted glass door. That was lovely to look at and trendy, but not practical as there was space between the bottom and the floor. This made it less than private. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant. There were lots of delicious options. I would definitely stay at the ********** again.

    I booked a trip to the Fairmont Mayakoba that included the all inclusive package. The trip was for 3 families (6 adults, 4 kids). Very easy to purchase the travel vouchers and make reservations with the resort. We saved about 30% off list price for our stay. The only warning I think everyone who plans to stay at the ***************** should know is that when you check out they have some many fees (resort fee, ecological fee, etc.) and a Travelzoo tax (~$500). Even with the ridiculous fees and taxes we still saved money booking through Travelzoo. I would definitely use Travelzoo again.

    Our first visit to the ***************** and we were not disappointed. This 500 acre resort is fantastic. The accommodations are five star. The food is gourmet and the staff is just wonderful. We will definitely return.

    What an amazing resort and we were able to stay for a good price plus the 300 food and drink credit BLEW OUR MIND. Staff was amazing, direct access to the beach. We were upgraded to a pool suite becuse we were celebrating our 1 year anniversary. The turtles and iguanas around the property were amazing. We rented a golf cart and explored the property which has its own school, bank & an entire community within a resort!! Definitely purchasing again but for a longer stay!! Oh special shout out to Travel Zoo staff. I forgot to print my voucher and could not get into my email to access my number and pin from voucher. She emailed the hotel on my behalf so we can finalize our check in!!

    hotel was beautiful. nicely redone. just enough beach area and pool area, never felt crowded or like we needed to save a chair at 6am. one thing to be aware of is that it is downtown, and most thing run on cruise ship schedules and close early. like 5-6 pm. includes shopping and restaurants. we took a cab to the Atlantis marina village twice to have dinner. our last trip to Nassau was in 2018 and so much has changed and been refreshed; however, the one shock was the price of food and drinks in Nassau. we travel a lot and are used to resort pricing but this was incredible. $40 for a wrap, pasta salad and can of coke :0 also a bit of a bummer that a hotel of this caliber didn't have a continental or buffet breakfast included. the vouchers were easy to use, no problems with booking (and then changing booking bc the flights were full). we have bought from TZ in the past and will continue to do so.
