I usually park my car at South East Metro North train station where LAZ parking owns the lot My last day working was December 30, 2022. On January 9. My account was being charged four dollars for the days rate of parking via through my checking online and this occurred four times. As stated previously, I was home since December 30 and was not parking my car. I have contacted the company the company LAZ parking 5x left voicemails to 5 diff departments and no call back for weeks. My wife has emailed them and we have not heard back from them also. They are very big company all throughout ***************** and what a terrible way to treat a customer I had to go to ******* personally, and cancel my bank card as I was worried more transactions would keep racking up on my debit card not very good when you are unemployed Their phone number is *********** My name is *****************************. Since October 16th I have been trying to cancel my parking spot at ************* LAZ Parking, ******************************************. I continued to received an invoice for November and December for the amount of $276.10 per month ($552.20 total). The issue is there is no way to contact them except for an email that is provide to you for the LAZ Parking location you have. The website has no phone number to contact for customer service. When I sign into my account and look for help to cancel, there is no option anywhere and they just bounce you to ************************************** After I got the second invoice, I dug extremely deep on the LAZ Parking website to finally find ************************************** This doesn't even seem to be an email that has any purpose. I have not received any response. I want to strongly iterate again, there is no way of cancelling your subscription for a parking spot. I was given citation ******** on Friday October 21. However, I paid for parking that morning using the *** app. Additionally, the license plate on the citation is incorrect. The license entered was *******. The actual license plate on the car reads *******. I asked that they please cancel the citation and provide written confirmation. I have emailed twice and called once. Its been over a month - no response and the citation has not been canceled.Business Response

We park our car at the parking lot at ********************************************* on Saturday, Oct 8, 2022. We entered at 11:30 am and paid our ticket at 12:53 pm, however, we noticed a couple of dents to our back bumper upon receiving our car ****** **** *******. We told the ***** male parking attendant but were dismissed and denied. We noticed the area of the lot he parked our car has signs and marking. A young ***** male attendant helped and told us to call between 7 am to 3 pm and speak to the manager. We have been calling the parking lot every day for the past few weeks to speak to the manager, but to no answer and the voicemail is full. The business did not provide video recording or their own pictures of our car upon entering. They are using our pictures of aftermath instead. The stubs were also manipulated and not made upon entry. The stubs contains many different pens and markers with different color.

LAZ parking charged me $87 for leaving the lot 16 minutes over 9 hours. I was IN my vehicle prior to the 9 hour parking that I paid for, but I had just NOT left the physical lot. Nothing said I had to be off the lot. I paid $21 to park. Next, I cannot appeal at LAZ parkings website even though they have an appeal process. Instead they SOLD my ticket fine to a 3rd party company which will only let you appeal via mail which means there is no way to resolve prior to the 14 day window in which they ******** your vehicle. Its basically fraud. they have created a process where you cannot appeal.I should not be charged $87 for 16 minutes for merely NOT driving away. the 9 hours I paid to park cannot be legal because, in reality, I was not giving 9 hours to Park, I was given 9 hours to be physically OFF their lot. On May, I moved out of the Tangram residential apartment, which is the parking lot associated to Laz Parking.I was busy with moving out so it wasn't until end of June that I tried to contact the parking lot in order to cancel my parking. On my invoice, there was an email to contact if I had any inquiries. This email bounced. I tried contacting the parking lot and they referred me to the online portal. The online portal does not have an option to cancel the parking. On August, I made another attempt to cancel but the same result. This time, I deferred to my bank to do two things: 1) issue a chargeback for the months that I was charged. 2) deny further charges from them since I was unable to cancel my parking subscription. As of today, I have found that not only did they recharge me for the amount that was chargebacked, they even charged me another month. If they were to check their system, they will see I have not used their service since the day I moved out. After doing the above, I left a review on ****** maps (************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** to compalin about my experience. They left a response with an email to contact. When trying to email them, this email also bounced.I am looking to get a refund for the months of June - October because that is the period of time in which I have moved and not used their service, but have attempted to cancel it.I will attach all supporting documents.Initial Complaint
