Because of the legal limitations I have as a *********** resident, I cant park my car on the street and I need to use LAZ parking. Laz has continued to raise the price by over 22% in the last 2 years and the operation has been declining. People double park in the garage which forces me to park on the street and then move my car in the morning so I dont get a ticket even though I pay for parking at LAZ. They said they have upgraded their gates but they never work properly and people get stuck. More recently they added an additional service charge that wasnt disclosed and they wont find time to talk to me about it. If I worked like they do, I would be fired from my job.Customer Answer

My elderly mother *************************; who lives at *********************************************************** (******* ******* has been waiting on her parking sticker for over several months now. NYCHA/ LAZ Parking have been not returning calls or mitigating the pain and suffering of elderly people who have to walk several blocks to get home. My mother is seeking to obtain her sticker ASAP and NYCHA/ LAZ Parking have been taking advantage of this. I bought a NYCHA parking and they gave me a location with someone in the spot I called them and they said well sorry if that person has a permit we cant do anything so they were going to fix the issues a whole month later the gave me another spot that someone else was parked in with an expired ticket in it. I rent a parking space at LAZParking's *** ********** garage in ***. On or about March 19, 2023, I saw that my car had been damaged at the garage - specifically, a vertical dent in the back left side. I spoke with the on-site LAZParking attendants and the damage appeared to be from the lift the garage uses for the cars. These lifts are only operated by LAZParking staff, not by car owners. I had taken the car out on March 17th and saw no damage at that time so we knew the damage took place between March 17 and 19. I requested video footage of the car from those 3 days - as the garage is monitored by cc security cameras 24/7 - to determine how the damage took place and was ignored. The on-site staff told me the manager, ******, would arrange for repair, however, despite multiple reach out's, ****** has refused to communicate with me in any way. As LAZParking caused this damage, they need to pay for it. As I said to the staff, I would like to keep costs reasonable and am fine with them arranging a repair. I cannot continue to wait while LAZParking Management refuses to respond, potentially causing further damage to the car.Initial Complaint

Hi, I'm a current NYCHA resident and applied for a parking space in my development. I applied two going on three years ago, and nothing. I tried contacting Laz parking's customer services number, but no one answers the phone or responded back to me. I have been complaining for months and have gotten nowhere. I was told by one associate that I was on a long waiting list to get a spot, but a gentleman I encountered ****** a spot before me, and he had just moved where I live, and I find it strange how a person who just moved here less than a year ago gotten a spot. I believe there's something going on or special treatment but either I don't like it. Something needs to be done. I truly believe I deserve a spot where I live since I've been waiting on this list for over two years and have been living there for over 15 years.Customer Answer

On 2/27/2023 we parked at the *************************** location of Laz Parking in ***. The online published rate was $18 for 6 hours, 1-7 pm. When we picked up the car at 5:54 pm, the attendant refused to honor the rate and instead charged us &***** + tax. This is a bait and switch tactic and the consumer has no recourse, as their vehicle is being held for ******. I am requesting a refund of the overcharge and an investigation of this location.Business Response

Hello hope all is well , I have been having several issues with the parking lot company that services my building complex. I have been paying $224.12 monthly for roughly 4 months , however Laz Lot parking refuses to acknowledge my emails, phone calls, and voicemails. The director of operations who is in charge of giving the key fob to properly enter , and leave the parking as the customer pleases has yet to provide this key fob . So I am paying for a service, and I literally cannot use the parking space assigned to me. I spoke with my ***************** , but apparently this has nothing to do with them. I have no idea what else to do with this situation , and would really like either some guidance or a resolution. I have plenty of documents to support my claim. I have never been given a key fob , ***************************** director operations and safety for ***/** region has not given me a key fob. She refuses to answer the phone, respond to text messages , and emails. I have been paying for this particular parking space already 5 months without being given the key fob. My account number is ********* why would I even be wasting my time and reporting this issue to this particular agency ? You guys have to do a better job and come to the realization that you there is a lack of communication. I have proof that no key fob was authorized and given to me not only by the super of my place of residence but also the project manager. As well as several emails and text messages with the director of operations and safety clearly stating that no key fob has been given to me. What I want is to be given the key fob as well as compensation for all the months I could not use my own Parking space is that so hard to do ? What you guys are doing is a clear breach of contract and I have tons of evidence against you in fact it supports my claim. Look at yourself in the mirror and do better !

Similar to several other complaints, I have been trying to cancel my subscription since November. Now LAZ is trying to charge me $750 after I informed customer service that the subscription should be cancelled months ago. **************** does not reply to emails or answer the phone. The function to cancel the subscription on the website is broken. My car has not been in the garage since October. I now have to miss work to try to meet *** in person.Business Response
