      Lost $6,315.21 due to a payment error within the Melio system. Have done payments through the platform dozens of times prior and never had an issue before. **************** had only one solution for my client and I which was an ACH trace number which neither me or my client's banks have been able to use. **************** has fell silent afterwards. If you care about your hard-earned money I do not recommend this platform.

      Fraud alert. This company is a sham. They will transfer the funds out of your bank account and not pay your vendors and good luck getting anyone to ask about getting your money back!Do not use them!

      Stay away from these people, they are crooks. Canceled my account with them because they keep taking money. Still taking money after it's closed. They send cheques out and then cancel them, so we end up paying a bunch of money in bank fees.

      Really a sleazy company. One of our customers uses them and it takes FOREVER to get the money AND it always comes late in the day so I don't have time to send out my same day wires with those funds.Customer just processed a payment Monday ******** and the notice says it will arrive by Friday 11.18.22 Maybe it will show up, at least very late in the day. They are obviously using the float and making supplier's unhappy.Recommend to stay far away. I tell my customers now to just send a next day EFT/ACH through their bank (usually $5.00) and just deduct rather than deal with disreputable Melio.

      I have been having the exact same issue as everyone else. The site is also very poorly designed and managed. The phone number is a joke as no one will answer. Email will get you unhelpful responses and good luck trying to communicate on chat. Last week and this week I've spent a combined 5 hours hours, waiting in queue over and over again, even chatting itself takes too long. The responses take minutes at a time and they either end the chat prematurely as **** did or if you try to navigate away or make a phone call even leaving the page up, it will disconnect you and send you back to the end of the line. I still have not been paid nor gotten help with any of my other issues I've asked for assistance on.

      In 2022 ********** forced their customers to use Melio to use this platform to pay their vendors. There used to be a direct EFT Payment option. NOW there is not. YOU cannot use the phone numbers provided to contact Melio. You get hung up on. My set up did not get completed, my rent did not get paid and I cannot contact them because I did not get a customer number/account set up through ********** and they do not respond to email. They have ZERO customer support. ********** gave me 4 phone numbers to call to reach Melio whom they contracted through but none of them worked all of them had the same recording which hung ** on me ** the end. My account cannot get verified to be used and I cannot use it nor is it a direct payment. It is a check payment that gets mailed.
