      I've been waiting 17 days for a 3 day ACH payment from a company that owes me money. My company is a subcontractor. The prime contractor already sent the money, so it is hung up with Melio. The latest news I got is that the money is held ** in compliance. What sort of compliance is a simple ACH payment to and from two legitimate companies. The transaction amount is a little bit over $8,500.

      FRAUD. This company is scamming clients. I created an account to pay a vendor and money was taken from my account and my vendor still has not been paid. There is no one you can talk to, and its impossible to delete payment information from your own account.

      My melio account was hacked and over $10k stolen from our small business. Melios customer service was only available through IM, and when I would ask for updates, they would ask me to stop contacting them and wait for them to contact me. They sent a letter to the receiving bank asking for recouperation of the funds, and then closed the case after 30 days of the other bank not responding. What a way to protect your customers. I highly recommend avoiding this third party payment system, as they offer basically no protection to their customers. This rewards criminals, and hurts small business owners.

      HORRIBLE customer support. We are now having to request a copy of EVERY check Melio has printed because they are not entering the same information into the memo line of the check that we are. As of this morning the support personal have ask me to send them the copies of the checks THEY sent me three different times, and claim that we never entered anything into the memo line.

      Funds not transfered on the day that the automated email states. Tried to contact them then Melio changed the fund date to the day previous. Still no response from anyone. Have decided that ****** postal service is a faster option to get funds. Seems to me they sit on funds to collect interest of someone elses money.

      It's working well for us.
      Just got off a chat with one of their tech support people (*****), who solved my problem and made me laugh at the same time. Tech support that's not only competent but doesn't make you hate the process at the same time... that's a rare thing.

      I have contacted Melio twice in one day and both times the reps were super helpful. The first was named ****** and the second was ****. Both ladies helped me locate a bill payment that did not get delivered to the vendor. In one instance the bill payment needed to be refunded to the bank account and in the other instance, the check needed to be reissued. My requests were taken care of in a timely and proficient manner.

      Yes the payments are slow. I figure this in when I set up my *** deposits. But their customer service is excellent. I had a problem with a mistake I made setting up a deposit and ***** had me sorted out in a minute. Other direct deposit services cost $ and I use Melio to pay myself from my (online business bookkeeping software) into my personal account to keep everything square. As long as you're patient, or can plan well, there's not a problem from what i have seen, and i've sent half a dozen payments so far without issue.

      Worst support ever. No way to actually speak with a support rep. ********** is via chat. They cant answer any questions and the integration with QB Desktop is terrible.
