      Their service works as designed and is a useful small business electronic (i.e. ACH) payments tool for infrequent payments. My small business is on the free plan which allows up to 5 disbursements monthly without any monthly fees. If we had more disbursements, I'd be comfortable paying a fee for this service. Reporting, especially 1099 tax reporting, would be a nice feature to be added.

      Melio has been great for my business. It provides me multiple options on how to pay vendors. I can use my bank account or credit cards, which helps with cashflow. I highly recommend Melio.

      Melio actually solves a few payment challenges. You can pay "anyone" with any account which is great. But, you cannot run credit cards yourself on behalf of clients, which is why they are missing a Star. My favorite feature is you can either "Connect" your accounting software or "manually:" upload an invoice and send a "Payment Link" to the customer. It does help in simplifying the payment process

      Melio works good for my small business clients for bill pay. I need to be able to schedule payments but require my business clients to approve the payments before they go out, and Melio handles that well. All positive experiences on my end with Melio.

      Melio is a scam. They have bad customer service and no understanding.

      We are a legit business formed and incorporated in the 1990s.Long time user of Qbokks And a long-time user of their bill pay, which ********************** powers Melio charges fees, which we have paid a lot of over the years Melio discontinued services without explanation. There is no phone number for support; it is just an email address that is responded to intermittently, and their chat cannot help. In other words, it is a company that takes your money and offers no real support.I am highly disappointed in ******'s choice of partners.

      All of a sudden out of nowhere, vendors are using Melio who will hold my money hostage up to 60 days. This is a trash company that should be avoided at all costs.
