1 starFirst my dog did not like the first bag I bought. Then cancelled my subscription and they sent me a new shipment. I emailed them to refund me my money and they asked me to donate the food and get a receipt in order to get 50% of my money. I am homebound and cannot leave my house due to health conditions. So I texted them back and told them to send me a return label and they wouldnt do it. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!Review fromCallie A

1 starI was charged multiple times for the same item due to a glitch on this companys website. Despite reaching out several times before the order was even processed, they refused to cancel or correct the issue. Their system failed to flag duplicate transactions, and customer service showed no willingness to help. I did not authorize multiple charges, and Ive filed a formal dispute with my credit card company under the Fair Credit Billing Act. Their refusal to take responsibility or make this right is not just unethicalits predatory. Im sharing this so others dont fall into the same trap.Review fromSara P

1 starWorst Customer Service Experience. They charged be for my first shipment $219 which was fine. 2 Weeks later charged me again $219. Could not get anyone to help with a refund as I could not be charged $500 in 2 weeks for dog food. Finally someone responded after 2 weeks. Told me to find a shelter to donate the 2 extra bags to and they would refund me the money if I showed proof. Like are you kidding me. The shelters did not do receipts for 2 small bags of dog food. And I am not going all over town looking for someone to except my dog food to get a refund for their error. Another week goes by before someone text me back because of course no phone number to call. I said I was taking the box to *** ex and shipping it back. They agreed to take it back. It has been 2 1/2 wks since I shipped it fed ex. I have texted and finally got someone to respond. They told me to send proof of tracking number from fed ex receipt in which I did. 2 days later someone responded and told me they were able to refund me the money. It has now been a week and 1/2 and no money has been refunded. So, basically they lied so I would stop trying to get my money back. Now, It has been 6 wks of this nonsense and I am not only out $219 but I also sent back the food. Another words, this company is such a scam. I would NEVER do business with a company that does not have a legitimate phone number to talk to a person. It takes them days and even at times a week to text back with something that is an error on their part. I truly believe this is the worst experience I ever had with a company. 1 starI love Sundays dog food. Its high-quality, my dog loves it, and I would have happily remained a loyal customer. But unfortunately, their customer service is so bad it makes the entire experience unbearable.Sundays allows you to select a delivery date when placing an order. My confirmation email clearly stated an estimated delivery date of March 1st. That date came and went. No dog food. When I reached out for an update, they ignored me for several daysjust long enough for the package to finally arrive four days late. Then, an hour after the package was finally delivered, their customer service *** magically appeared.Then came the real insult: rather than acknowledge the delay, their customer service *** informed me in a pawsitively patronizing message that my order was actually on time, because, according to them, their delivery window is whatever they decide it is after the fact. The email they sent me with a specific date? Just a ******* make it even more absurd, instead of offering any kind of recourse, they suggested I pay them $25-$50 extra next time for faster shipping. Thats right instead of apologizing for the incorrect delivery date in the email and offering to make it right, they tried to upsell me.Heres the thing: If their customer service had simply owned the mistake, shown some basic decency, and offered even a partial refund, I wouldnt have disputed the charge. But instead, they ignored my messages, gaslit me about the delay, and made it clear they had no interest in making things right.This company needs to stop outsourcing their customer service to a call center full of miserable people who dont care about fixing problems and are trained to gaslight customers into thinking delays arent real. If Sundays took half the care in handling customers as they do in making their food, theyd have a great business. 3 starsThe food is good for the dogs and my dogs seem to be healthier for it. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I had an order on Nov. 2. I put a 30 day reorder process and got an order on Nov 20th. Then, I get a message today that I ordered again on Nov. 21st (the day after receiving my order) that my next order is on its way. I can't contact them personally to see if my online subscription order is messed up. I just opened the 20th order and have another coming on Nov. 26th. Please CONTACT ME!Review fromOlivia D

1 starTakes forever to get a response from customer service. Told them my dog had an allergy to their food and they made it sound like I could easily get a refund they just needed to locate my account. It took multiple emails back and forth for them to even find my account. Then they told me to donate the opened bag of food, once I email them the donation receipt I can get half my money back. 90 dollars for this bag of dog food! And everyone knows shelters do not accept opened food. This is a scam because they know you cant donate it and get your money back. ********* company sums it up.Review fromBrenda M

1 starI cancelled my upcoming order and all future order on July 9th. I assumed I would be credited for the charge for the order since it was not going to be shipped until August. Today I got an email that my order had shipped. I looked back through my bank statement and was never credited. I have the text messages confirming the cancellation of the order and also of all future orders. Now they are saying they are going to contact the warehouse and try to stop the order. This isn't my problem they screwed up and sent the order. I want the refund credited to my account immediately!Sundays for Dogs, Inc.

1 starI am very disappointed in Sundays Dog Food . They have always had issue with supply and demand, and shipping issues but I never thought they would let my dog go with no food. The order was supposed to come July 5. It is now July 9. my dog has no food. I was told that there is back order issue so what do I tell my dog you have to go hungry this is completely unacceptable and Its very disturbing the company always say how much they love dogs I guess not that much to let my dog go hungry and he runs out of food The representative from Sundays Dog Food as soon as they make the chicken, they will ship it to me. he has nothing to eat. Please do not buy Sundays dog food. I just started give me my dog honest kitchen and it has the same ingredients as Sundays and even better Sundays you really blew now Im going to tell everybody how horrible this company is you just drop the ball you should be ashamed of yourself.Sundays for Dogs, Inc.
