    Deliveries have been delayed for many months due to the company not having enough dog food to fulfill orders. But they charge you on time every month and then your pet runs out of food every month because they cant fulfill orders. **************** doesnt respond in a timely manner, if at all. Overpriced food and they can charge you but cant communicate or fulfill orders.

    Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We indeed experienced an unprecedented surge in demand that resulted in extremely unusual production delays for a portion of our customers, and we're truly sorry that your orders were affected as a result. We're pleased to say we've made major strides in just the last month or so by refining our supply chain, hiring industry experts, and onboarding new manufacturing partners. We wanted to do this while ensuring we weren't cutting any corners in quality, which meant testing and ramping up can take longer than we'd ideally want. We want you to know that we are now back on track, have even more exciting improvements in the works, and would love to provide you with a proper Sundays experience if you're open to giving us another chance!

    **************** is horrible, also, they never sent three different orders over two months but I have been charged for then and in my file on line it said these were delivered. Now I understand anything might have happened BUT I have sent over seven emails with detail on each order, called the help line and just get a email a couple times that they are backed up! Nothing for my personal situation. At this point I will be canceling and hopeful somehow I get the product, which was good, or money back which is over ******

    Got the free sample which took forever to get. That should have been my clue. Ordered the food on 4/10. Website says free 3 days shipping. On day 5 I sent a message asking where the food was. I got a response apologizing for the delay. Day after day we waited. Some emails we responded too, most not, especially once we said we wanted our money back and how can they sell food they dont have ? They took our money and then dont respond???? Crickets. I have emailed, called( no one answered) texted. Nothing. We canceled our subscription for all future orders. Update . 4/24 5:36 pm got a text that they have canceled the order and refunded our money. I must say I am not impressed with this company at all!!!! Do yourself a favor and and dont waste your time!!!

    I have been on a Sundays automatic reorder plan for about 4 months. I was charged for the upcoming month's food but no food arrived, so I contacted the company's phone and text service numbers. After several days with no reply and getting low on food, I placed a second order to be sure my dog did not run out. (It is important to keep your dog on a consistent diet.) Again, the company charged my credit card $322 and sent an order confirmation by email, but no food was sent. Sundays now had $644 of my money but I received nothing.Sundays did not answer my multiple (1) texts to its text service line, (2) email inquiries, or (3) telephone calls. (I waited over an hour on hold and also used their callback service.) To date, the company has never responded to my phone calls or emails. It was not until I found others with similar experiences on the company's ******** page and started asking questions on their public posts that the company contacted me by ******** Messenger. Suddenly, they were very sorry about the situation and wanted to "help." The person promised my food would be shipping soon and convinced me to wait another few days before taking action. She called later that week and noted that they have no estimate of when food will ship and can't confirm that after this month, the supply issues will resolve.Sundays for Dogs' practices are at best deceptive, and are more likely outright fraud. The company charged my credit card but provided no product, and then made it nearly impossible to contact them to resolve the situation.

    I ordered my food on 4/3 and am approaching 2 weeks of not receiving my dogs food. My dog just recently transitioned to Sundays from another food company and its important to keep your dog on a consistent diet of the same food. During this time of me not receiving my food that was expected to be relieved between 4/6-4/9. I have been cooking my dogs food since that is the closest thing to what he is eating from Sundays. My dog did not feel well the first 3 days since he is used to eating Sundays. I have emailed them multiple times to get tracking or even word that it has left the warehouse. I also send a follow up email to cancel all upcoming orders since they are not reliable and are not communicating with me

    Followed feeding directions. Food was very hard and both my dogs could not digest and got sick. Nice idea, but didn't work for my 2 Cockapoos.

    Ive been trying to post a less-than-glowing review for Sundays for Dogs, but cant seem to get it posted anywhere. Im trying again here.My original review on their IG account is below, along with their response. Somehow, there was an Accident so my review wasnt posted. My original review wasnt horrible, but now I suspect Sundays for Dogs isnt a very reputable company, regardless of whether the product is good or not. BUYER BEWARE.I hope I can get a refund because my [8-year old] puppy did not eat one bite. Part the problem was that hes a Maltipoo with a very-small mouth and tiny teeth. The food is very dry (maybe freeze-dried?) and comes in pieces larger than he could even pick up, much less attempt to eat.I ordered the chicken recipe and bought the bag on sale. Im going to start a refund request since only one piece was touched. I hope I dont have a problem with the vendor refunding my purchase.RESPONSE:SORRY, WE HAD AN ACCIDENT.Please dont get mad.     Unethical practices: Sundays changed the amount of my subscription (from one box to three) after I skipped a couple of months and refused to allow a return and refund.

According to our records, on July 23rd, you logged into your account and edited the quantity of your order. Our team will never make edits to subscriptions without expressed consent of pup-parents.     Sundays' response is false. The only edit made was to change the flavor of the food, but Sundays arbitrarily increased the order amount to three boxes instead of the existing subscription of one box. Sundays never sent any confirmation of this so-called change in subscription amount. I simply requested to return the two extraneous, unopened boxes, and they refused. I have cancelled my subscription and will encourage all others not to subscribe to Sundays. If you read other comments online, you will see that this company is known for unscrupulous behavior.

    One of the biggest problems i have is trying to communicate w anyone when i have a problem. They never answer the phone and they don't return ur message. I had left several emails regarding the date of my monthly subscription shipment. They never answered. I just finally got some action when i saw a duplicate order was about to get shipped and they did credit my account but still never got go talk to a live person. Also their website is very confusing.
